"Classroom revolution" is one of the main ways to help everyone shine,teachers are the practitioners of "classroom revolution",it is particularly important to clarify the specific responsibilities and behavioral logic of "classroom revolution" of secondary teachers.Based on previous research literature,this thesis analyzes six aspects: the origin,connotation,goal,path,and teacher’s responsibilities and behavior logic of the "classroom revolution".The results show that most of the literature on "classroom revolution" at home and abroad focuses on the connotation,goal and path,and has achieved certain research results,but the number of research on the responsibilities and behavioral logic of secondary vocational teachers is obviously insufficient.To ensure that the "classroom revolution" achieves the due practical results,it is urgent to clarify the main responsibilities of secondary school teachers to promote the "classroom revolution",and formulate relevant behavioral logic in a scientific and reasonable manner.In this study,two secondary vocational schools were selected in Hebei Province,and the corresponding behavioral logic was proposed on the basis of systematic investigation of teachers’ performance status by taking the accounting affairs major as an example.Firstly,by comprehensively using literature analysis and quantitative research,on the basis of systematically summarizing the current research status at home and abroad,the survey indicators were determined,a questionnaire for teachers was formulated,and the accounting affairs major of the case school was surveyed for teachers,and the basic situation of teachers was understood,such as education level,teaching age,major,teaching major,teaching type,etc.Secondly,the method of on-site interviews was used to conduct a survey for accounting affairs teachers in case schools.The survey results show that there are similarities and differences in the understanding of "classroom revolution" among accounting teachers in case schools,and it is worth noting that teachers are seeking change,and there are certain difficulties in promoting the "classroom revolution" due to various factors.Finally,according to the survey results,the behavioral logic of middle school teachers to promote the "classroom revolution" is proposed.Specifically,it includes:updating educational concepts and innovating educational models;Transform the traditional classroom teaching mode and realize the modernization of classroom teaching;changing learning styles so that students become the subject of the classroom;Build a new type of teacher-student relationship in the information technology environment.The research conclusions can be used by teachers majoring in accounting affairs in secondary vocational schools,so as to enhance the adaptability of vocational education,help the goal of "everyone shines",and promote the high-quality development of vocational education.
