| 《The introduction of Compulsory Education Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition)》presented new requirements and challenges for mathematics teaching.The overall design of units that focus on the core literacy of subjects is a crucial approach to implementing core subject literacy.The task of mathematics education is to reform mathematics to make it more suitable for teachers’ teaching and students’ learning.The new system of elementary mathematics based on the idea of educational mathematics is more logical and can provide more suitable mathematical foundation and learning materials for unit teaching.Unit teaching focuses on logical structure of knowledge,making it an effective method to apply educational mathematics principles and develop students’ core competencies.Integrating educational mathematics thought into unit education and enhancing the design of unit teaching design under its guidance are pressing issues that require investigation.This research aims to address these issues based on theoretical considerations and practical needs,focusing on solving the following problems:(1)What teaching design paths and strategies should be employed for junior middle school mathematics units based on the concept of educational mathematics?(2)What is the effect of applying the teaching design strategy of junior middle school mathematics unit based on the concept of educational mathematics? What positive impact has it had on students’ learning?In terms of theoretical framework,this study begins by examining the theory and research status of mathematics unit teaching based on Jingzhong Zhang’s educational mathematics thought.it explores the internal relationship between educational mathematics and unit teaching design,leading to the presentation of insightful ideas.Drawing from the principles of educational mathematics and the concept of mathematical unit teaching,the study concludes with the proposed design mode of mathematical unit teaching,outlining the path for unit design based on the principles of educational mathematics.Finally,the study suggests several preset strategies to facilitate the implementation of each lesson including;1.transforming the concept definition to familiarize students;2.Revealing the contextual information to establish connections and overcome isolation;3.employing connectivity methods to simplify complex concepts and make them more easy;4.utilizing mind mapping techniques enhance students’ understanding of abstract and intuitive concepts.These strategies pave the way for subsequent empirical research.In practice,this study adopts the standardized triangular unit teaching design based on the concept of educational mathematics to conduct teaching experiments.The main component of the study involves the Teaching experiment,while the questionnaire survey and interview serve as complementary methods to examine the impact of mathematical unit teaching designed under this strategy on students’ learning outcomes,cognitive load during learning and mathematical cognition beliefs.The experimental research findings shows that the design approach and practical strategies of junior middle school mathematics unit teaching,based on educational mathematics thought have positive influence on students’ learning.in comparison to the control class,the experimental class is reduced and the learning effect is improved.The cognitive belief of the experimental class in knowledge structure,learning ability,learning speed and learning style increased.However,no significant change in knowledge stability. |
