With the continuous improvement of the quality of education in China,the problem of adolescent health education has become more and more important in China.However,due to the rising academic pressure of middle school students in the process of rapid social development,students spend less and less time participating in daily sports activities,resulting in a continuous decline in physical health,which does not meet the requirements of the development of core educational literacy in China.In this context,it is necessary to reduce students’ academic burden through sports activities,and school sports is the only way for students to learn sports skills from contact with sports.In 2021,the State Council issued "Opinions on Further Reducing the Students’ Homework Burden and After-school Training Burden",which made sports once again become a hot word in society and directly promoted the rapid development of physical education in primary schools and junior middle schools.The implementation of the "double reduction" policy("double reduction" means to effectively reduce the heavy homework burden and after-school training burden of students in the stage of compulsory education)has directly brought obvious benefits to school physical education.Yuncheng City,as the origin of Hedong culture,has been influenced by traditional culture in the process of physical education curriculum reform and innovation and has unique curriculum characteristics.Driven by the "double reduction" policy,there may be different physical education curriculum teaching modes and teaching contents from other regions in Yuncheng City.This paper mainly takes the factors that affect the physical education curriculum of middle schools in Yuncheng City under the “double reduction” policy(“double reduction”means to effectively reduce the heavy homework burden and after-school training burden of students in the stage of compulsory education)as the research object.Through the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,interview,on-the-spot investigation,mathematical statistics and AHP analytic hierarchy process,combined with the reference to the new curriculum standards of physical education and health in China in 2022,the author focuses on the four aspects of school physical education curriculum: curriculum objectives,curriculum content,current situation of curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation methods.On the basis of data analysis,the author draws the following conclusions: after the implementation of the “double reduction” policy,all middle schools have revised their physical education courses,and at the same time,influenced by Hedong sports culture,they have started different sports events,which has realized the mutual cooperation between physical education class and extracurricular sports activities,and provided a reasonable reference for the physical education class course of middle schools in Yuncheng City after the“double reduction” policy;In the end,the author concludes that the main factors that affect the physical education curriculum in middle schools after the “double reduction” policy are policies,regions,teachers and students,etc.During the investigation,it is found that there is a phenomenon of a change in form but not in content due to the gap in the comprehensive strength level of schools,and the author also puts forward different countermeasures for these problems.1.Before the "double reduction" policy,there were differences in physical education courses of junior middle schools in Yuncheng City,and different schools attached different importance to physical education courses because of different school running modes.Through comprehensive comparison,after the "double reduction" policy,all middle schools have paid more attention to the construction of physical education curriculum.2.The "double reduction" policy has accelerated the integration of Hedong sports culture into the physical education curriculum of primary and junior middle schools.On the basis of the existing curriculum content,middle schools have added more local sports,and the implementation of the policy has made great contributions to enriching the curriculum content.3.The influence of "double reduction" policy on middle school physical education curriculum is multi-faceted.From the national policy,local culture,teachers and so on,more and more attention is paid to physical education curriculum,which shows that the policy influence radiation covers the whole school physical education teaching system,and the physical education curriculum goal is more in line with the teaching concept of strengthening moral education and cultivating people in China.
