Research On The Education Of College Counselors From The Perspective Of The Integration Of Ideological And Political Education And Innovation And Entrepreneurship Education

College counselors are an important component of the teaching staff in universities.In the daily ideological and political work of college students,college counselors are the main force that combines ideological and political education with innovation and entrepreneurship education,shouldering the mission of cultivating new talents of the times.College counselors actively carry out education work around the goal of cultivating moral character and cultivating talents.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,"mass entrepreneurship and innovation" has become an important driving force for promoting the transformation of economic development mode,and cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents has become increasingly important.This article discusses how to use daily ideological and political education to provide innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students,and organically combine ideological and political education with innovation and entrepreneurship education,guided by questions and actual research results,adhere to the guidance of dialectical materialism and historical materialism,and use the methods of literature research,comparative research,and questionnaire collection,conduct research from the perspective of integrating ideological and political education with innovation and entrepreneurship education,including the theoretical basis,practical difficulties,and innovative paths of college counselors’ education.This study consists of an introduction,main text,and conclusion,with the main text divided into four parts.The introduction section elaborates on the reasons for the research topic,theoretical and practical significance of the integration of ideological and political education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in the education of college counselors,analyzes and summarizes research reviews at home and abroad,basic ideas and methods,research focuses and difficulties,and main innovation points.Firstly,clarify the theoretical overview of college counselor education from the perspective of the integration of ideological and political education and innovation and entrepreneurship education.This section defines the core concepts and elaborates on the role of university counselors in college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship.It mainly includes: university counselors are the disseminators of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship knowledge,the guides of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ideas,the organizers of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship activities,and the service providers of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship actions.Secondly,it introduces the theoretical basis of the research on the education of college counselors from the perspective of the integration of ideological and political education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,providing theoretical guidance for this study,including: Marx’s theory of all-round development of human beings,the important statements of the main leaders of the CPC on innovation and entrepreneurship,the theory of life oriented ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and the national document spirit of college counselors’ education.Once again,through a questionnaire survey,the achievements of university counselors in educating students were described from the perspective of combining ideological and political education with innovation and entrepreneurship education : diversified forms of integration activities between ideological and political education and innovation and entrepreneurship education carried out by college counselors,university counselors have a high understanding of the combination of ideological and political education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,the understanding of combining ideological and political education with innovation and entrepreneurship education among college counselors is gradually deepening.Analyzing the shortcomings in the education of college counselors from the perspective of the integration of ideological and political education and innovation and entrepreneurship education: some counselors lack strong guidance on the entrepreneurial values of integrating ideological and political education with innovation and entrepreneurship education for students,some counselors lack professionalism in integrating ideological and political education with innovation and entrepreneurship education,and some counselors lack enthusiasm for integrating ideological and political education with innovation and entrepreneurship education,the effectiveness of integrating ideological and political education with innovation and entrepreneurship education among college counselors needs to be improved.On this basis,the reasons for the shortcomings are analyzed in depth: in terms of educational concepts,some counselors have insufficient understanding of the integration of ideological and political education and innovation and entrepreneurship education;In terms of the teaching staff,some counselors lack the ability to integrate ideological and political education with innovation and entrepreneurship education;In terms of educational channels,college counselors lack sufficient exploration of social resources for the integration of ideological and political education and innovation and entrepreneurship education;At the management level,the assessment and evaluation mechanism for the integration of ideological and political education and innovation and entrepreneurship education among college counselors is not yet perfect.Finally,some strategies are proposed for the education of college counselors from the perspective of the integration of ideological and political education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,including: establishing the concept of integrating ideological and political education with innovation and entrepreneurship education,and enhancing the education awareness of college counselors;Clarify the role positioning and improve the teaching staff level of university counselors in educating people;Enrich the carrier of education and broaden the practical platform for college counselors’ education;Innovation management methods and improve the assessment and evaluation mechanism of college counselors’ education.The conclusion section of the paper proposes some future research ideas for the shortcomings and prospects of this study.
