In recent years,the education front has carried out a lot of exploration around the fundamental task of "cultivating morality and cultivating people" education.The state attaches great importance to the ideological and political education of students,promulgated a number of ideological and political related implementation opinions and measures,and put forward requirements for the implementation of ideological and political curriculum in schools of all levels and types.Through literature and field investigation,it is found that there are few researches on the ideological and political teaching design of Secretary Practice,the core course of business assistant major in secondary vocational schools,and there are many problems in the ideological and political education of this course in practice.However,as the core course of public administration and service major,Secretarial Practice plays an important role in the talent training of the whole major.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the ideological and political teaching design of Secretarial Practice course.First of all,through literature reading and educational probation,the research direction and teaching needs are clarified,the current situation of ideological and political development in secondary vocational courses is sorted out,core concepts are defined and theoretical basis of ideological and political development in courses is pointed out.Secondly,I carried out a two-month education practice in the teaching front line of Liu Y vocational School(case study).Through daily classroom observation and questionnaire interview of teachers and students,I obtained first-hand data and found through analysis that due to insufficient preparation of teaching design,ideological and political elements did not fit well with teaching content,and teaching content could not meet students’ needs well.Then,the author puts forward the ideological and political teaching design of Secretary Practice course for business assistant major in secondary vocational schools,including the principles of instructional design,the analysis of ideological and political elements and teaching content in each chapter,the analysis of instructional design elements in the chapter of "Conference Management" as an example,and the example of ideological and political teaching design course of "Drawing up Conference Preparation Plan".Then,in the teaching practice stage,three rounds of iteration are carried out on the ideological and political teaching design of the specific course "Layout meeting place".From classroom observation and questionnaire survey,students’ learning effect is analyzed and evaluated,and the whole teaching implementation is summarized and reflected.Finally,the results confirm that it is feasible to integrate the teaching design of "Secretary Practice" course into curriculum ideology and politics,and help to improve students’ sense of harvest and satisfaction,and realize both moral education and intelligence.In order to achieve this goal,we should: first,fully explore the ideological and political elements of "Secretarial Practice" course,introduce the ideological and political elements into the best teaching entry point of "Secretarial Practice" according to professional standards and syllabus requirements,and realize the deep integration of ideological and political elements with teaching content.Secondly,we should flexibly design the ideological and political teaching design of the course Secretarial Practice,so as to realize the complementarity between knowledge and skill learning and ideological and political education in the aspects of teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching process,teaching methods and teaching evaluation.Thirdly,we continue to improve the ideological and political teaching design of "Secretary Practice" course,and make further breakthroughs in the ideological and political teaching of the course by focusing on internal introspection and external observation and communication.Students have improved their learning attitude,learning interest and cognition of ideological and political education.
