With the gradual improvement of vocational education system reform in our country,it is very important to cultivate students’ professional accomplishment.At present,students’ professional accomplishment in our country is generally low.They lack the sense of respect and responsibility for their profession,the cognition of social service of their chosen profession and professional courses,and the lack of political thought and spiritual belief.At the same time,it is difficult to shape professional cognition and professional ethics in learning and practice,resulting in work unsmooth or emotional instability.This paper mainly clarifies the cultivation direction of the professional quality of the students majoring in finance and business in secondary vocational schools,promotes the professionalism,professionalism and application of the vocational education of finance and business and the cultivation of the professional quality of the students majoring in finance and business in secondary vocational schools,and strengthens the employment support,employment service and employment security in talent training.In order to improve the employability,this paper puts forward the training strategy of secondary vocational finance and business majors,and solves the problem of improving the professional quality in the training of secondary vocational finance and business majors.The scope is determined to be secondary vocational students,secondary vocational education,secondary vocational schools,finance and business majors,narrow the scope of research,improve the quality of research.This study mainly adopts literature analysis method,investigation analysis method and case analysis method,and starts from two levels of theoretical research and practical design to improve the research effect and research subject.The results are as follows: First,change the traditional secondary vocational finance and business professional education concept and education method,give training to career planning,skill mastery,professional spirit and social service,give play to the function of vocational education and education essence.Second,clarify the connotation and content of the cultivation of professional quality of secondary vocational students majoring in finance and business,improve its effectiveness and functionality,complete the research and obtain the research results.Such as strengthening professional ethics education,improve professional conduct;Comprehensively promote students’ learning quality;Optimizing teacher resources to build professional teachers;Innovate the professional curriculum and promote the reform of teaching mode;Enrich teaching resources and improve the evaluation system.To sum up,this project takes the business assistant major of C School in Guangzhou as an example in the cultivation of professional quality of financial and business majors.From the perspective of business assistant major,it puts forward targeted cultivation strategies of professional quality of financial and business majors,focusing on cultivating high-quality talents suitable for the survival environment and social service of financial and business markets.To serve the regional economy of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
