Research On The Characteristics Of Complete Set Action Arrangement In Mixed Pair Events Under The Guidance Of New Rules

Mixed pair is one of the most eye-catching sports events in aerobic gymnastics,which has more unique features and charm compared with other events.The Chinese aerobic gymnastics team is a strong team in the world,and the mixed pair level in the seven events is weak.Although we sometimes rank among the top three in the world championships,we have never won the world championships or world Games,which is a great pity for our aerobics program in international competitions.In the new cycle,the International Sports Federation has issued new competition rules,and put forward new requirements for competitive aerobics coaches and athletes.The World aerobics Championship is the highest level of the international aerobic gymnastics competition.This paper adopts video analysis method,expert interview method and other methods,according to the new cycle rules(2022-2024edition),through the 2022 World aerobics Championship mixed pair competition video of the top eight.Comparative analysis was made from the aspects of competition results,artistic arrangement,difficulty selection and completion,etc.to explore the characteristics of the complete arrangement of mixed pair events,understand the development trend of the project,and make a contribution to the improvement of the competitive level and arrangement ability of China’s mixed pair aerobic gymnastics events.Research conclusion:1.A large number of infrequently used or similar difficulties have been deleted in the rules of the new cycle of competition.The lifting action is no longer calculated,and the plate of art scoring emphasizes the prominence of a complete set of artistry and themes.2.The score of the choreography of the complete set of movements in mixed doubles events plays a key role in the ranking of the competition,and the difficulty coefficient is no longer the key factor in determining the final ranking.3.The same degree of difficulty selection of the top eight mixed doubles players in 2022 World Championships shall be more than 80%,among which 4 root names(,,,,)shall be selected by all eight teams,and the other 4 root names(,,,,)shall be selected by 7 teams.These 8 root name difficulty moves will be the mainstream of difficulty selection of mixed doubles events in this cycle.4.The music selected by the top eight teams is composed of multiple music clips,and the music genres selected are mainly familiar pop music(rock music)and film music that can easily arouse emotional resonance among viewers.5.Among the top eight teams,4-5 basic steps,7 arm movements,4 asymmetrical movements,1 rhythm change and space change,and 2-3 change-oriented movements are used in each operational unit on average,which is the development trend of operational movements in this cycle.6.In mixed doubles events,single movements are not used much,but flips are used more in partner cooperation.7.The champion Hungary team,the runner-up Brazil and the fourth Bulgaria 1team artistic performance is better,especially the Hungarian team,the Brazilian team clean action,high technical specifications,men and women’s emotional interpretation,body with the action of the understanding and perfect,the rule of the cycle in the theme of emphasis,the requirements of artistic value,vividly reflected.
