| Children’s painting education is an important part of kindergarten art education,and plays an irreplaceable role in children’s physical and mental development.Children use painting to express understanding,emotion,imagination and create their inner world,open their thinking and stimulate their creative ability,which is also an important embodiment of children’s growth.However,in the daily kindergarten painting teaching activities,teachers often lack rational understanding of children’s painting,which leads to.Painting education activities are an important part of the kindergarten art field.Children use painting to express their perception and understanding of the world and express their true feelings,thus opening their minds and stimulating their creative ability.The process of children’s painting creation is the process of children’s feeling,expressing and creating beauty,in which they gain positive emotional experience.However,in the daily kindergarten painting teaching activities,due to the differences of children’s own level,teachers’ teaching experience and educational level,and the lack of rational understanding in the guidance process of children’s painting teaching activities,some problems have emerged,which are not conducive to the cultivation and development of children’s creativity and imagination in the process of painting.Based on the emergence of these problems,this study will step into the front-line teaching activities of kindergartens,deeply understand and observe the painting activities of kindergartens,observe the guiding behavior of teachers in teaching activities,and analyze the factors affecting teachers’ guidance so as to put forward corresponding educational suggestions.Therefore,this study mainly adopts the form of observation,interview and case analysis.Through the observation of the researcher’s kindergarten,we selected the children and teachers in the middle class of the kindergarten as the observation and research objects.This research will be carried out from the four aspects of teachers’ guiding behavior: introduction,teaching,evaluation and extension.Through the research,we found that there are the following problems in the teacher guidance in the middle class painting teaching activities: 1.The teacher guidance frequency is high and the effectiveness is not high.2.Teacher guidance tends to impart skills.3."Utilitarianism" of teacher guidance.Finally,this study puts forward feasible suggestions from the perspectives of teachers,children,parents and the external environment.For example,improve teachers’ own education level,enhance teachers’ professional quality,update teachers’ education concepts,pay attention to children’s internal needs,update parents’ education concepts,do a good job of home co-education,and strengthen the support of the external environment. |
