With the continuous emergence of suicide,neglect,abuse and sexual abuse among children in difficult situations,the psychological health of children in difficult situations has aroused widespread concern.Based on the practice in A community of Xining City,the author selected 8 children in distress in the community as the research object,collected and analyzed the performance and causes of self-efficacy deficiency of children in distress in A community through self-efficacy scale,semistructured interview and other research methods.Under the guidance of Bandura’s self-efficacy theory,the activity theme is designed around four aspects: speech persuasion,success and failure experience,alternative experience,physiological and emotional state,and the theme collage game is carried out with building blocks as the main intervention tool.The children are trained actively in attribution,shared successful experience,and created a good environment to improve their self-efficacy level.Finally,the author reviewed and summarized this practical research,and put forward suggestions from three aspects: establishing a systematic service mechanism,giving full play to the positive role of peer groups,and designing activities from simple to difficult,with a view to providing reference for the future practical research on the improvement of self-efficacy of children in social work intervention.
