Since the reform and opening up,the whole society experienced rapid economic development and social change,and the level of urbanization and modernization increased continuously.In the course of this,population flow in the form of the main labor force appeared in order to meet the needs of capital market productivity.As the young people who move to G City from rural areas with their parents,they are unable to adapt to the changes in the environment,which leads to various maladaptive phenomena in the process of interpersonal communication in daily life.In combination with literature analysis and through the forms of interview,participatory observation and questionnaire,this study aims to understand the basic situation,communication status,possible specific communication deviant behaviors and their own views on deviant behaviors of migrant teenagers in FY community,collect necessary personal and family information,and evaluate the needs of migrant teenagers for interpersonal communication.So as to determine the research object,select and develop the intervention program.Finally,after the end of the service,through the interview and the review of the whole intervention process,the group’s goal achievement and the changes of the group members were analyzed.The result of the intervention was compared with that before the intervention of social workers.It was found that the acquisition of the specific communication deviation cognition and behavior of the floating adolescents was closely related to the individual,family and school environment.The method of social work group has a certain positive guiding effect on the improvement or change of the communication deviation cognition and behavior of floating teenagers.
