| In order to adapt to the rapid development of the social economy,the cultivation of innovative and well-developed talents is the focus of present society,the key of cultivating innovative and well-developed talents is improving core competencies.The subject core competency is the concretization of the core competencies in a specific subject(or learning field),the key achievement formed after students have studied a subject(or particular study field)and with the characteristics of subject,the concentrated expression of the value of subject education.It is one of the important means that ultimately implements the cultivation of core competencies in classroom teaching.The change concept and the balanced thought is one of the dimensions of chemistry core competency,which is beneficial for students to form change concept and establish balanced thought.At the same time,as a product of the information age,micro-courses are deeply loved by teachers and students because of their terse and forceful characteristics,and provides abundant resources for the current elementary education teaching reform.This study takes micro-courses as the implementation carrier of core competencies,integrating micro-courses into every link of classroom teaching,and expanding the way to implement core competencies in classroom teaching.Firstly,by reviewing the literature,this study elaborates the relevant conceptual basis of chemistry core competency and micro-courses,as well as the current research status at home and abroad,combining the curriculum standards to explain the "change concept and balance thought",and divides it into five components: the nature and characteristics of change,the energy conversion of chemical reaction,the rate of chemical reaction,the chemical balance and limit,and the direction of chemical reaction.Before the implementation of micro-courses,it makes out students’ preference for micro-courses and the developmental level of "change concept and balanced thought" through questionnaire,and know the situation that first-class Middle school teachers cultivate students’ competencies of "change concept and balanced thought" and the feasibility of implementing micro-courses based on "change concept and balanced thought" through teacher interview.The results show that students are willing to use micro-courses to learn,and their competencies of "change concept and balanced thought" is relatively weak.Most teachers have less training in students’ core competencies,and it is feasible to carry out competency-based micro-courses teaching.Based on these,combining with design principles of competency-based micro-courses,three micro-courses "factors affecting the rate of chemical reaction","hydrolysis of salts" and "galvanic battery" were designed and produced,which were in the way of "Pre-class-While-class-and-After-class" to assist teaching.Besides,the competency-based micro-courses is applied to teaching practice,and the "Pre-class-While-class-After-class" auxiliary classroom teaching mode was carried out in experimental class,the traditional teaching mode was carried out in control class,and records the classroom performance of the two classes in the practice process,and evaluates the implementation effect of the micro-courses based on the competencies of "change concept and balanced thought" through multiple methods such as chemistry scores,literacy level and classroom performance.The data analysis showed that the post-test chemistry score of the experimental class was higher than that of the control class,and there were significant differences between the two classes.In the post-test competency level,the average score of level 4 in the experimental class was higher than that of the control class in the energy conversion,chemical reaction rate,chemical balance and limit of the chemical reaction,and the average score of level 3 and level 4 was also higher than that of the control class,and there were significant differences between the two classes.By observing the process of teaching,obviously,the classroom atmosphere of the experimental class is more active and the class participation is higher.Therefore,the study concludes that the use of micro-courses to assist classroom teaching can improve students’ classroom concentration,and promote the improvement of students’ chemistry scores and competency level of "change concept and balanced thought". |
