In recent years,physical education has been attached great importance by the state.In order to solve the physical health problems of teenagers,the reform of physical education has been deepened,and the new curriculum standards have been promulgated accordingly.At the same time,science and technology promote the informationization of education.Affected by the epidemic,the mixed teaching model has become a trend.The launch of National Smart Education Platform for primary and secondary schools has opened up a new direction for the development of primary and secondary physical education.In this context,this paper focuses on the practical effect of National Smart Education Platform in junior high school physical education.This paper mainly uses the method of literature,questionnaire,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics to apply the "smart primary and middle school" teaching in junior high school physical education,and compares it with the traditional physical education classroom.Through the analysis and discussion of teaching experiment process,sports learning interest,sports skills learning,physical health test and questionnaire survey results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Through 12 weeks of teaching experiments,the application of National Smart Education Platform is conducive to the improvement of students’ interest in sports learning and the improvement of physical education teaching effect,especially in improving the positive interest in sports learning,eliminating negative interest and promoting students’ independent learning.(2)Through 12 weeks of teaching experiments,the application of National Smart Education Platform has advantages in the learning of motor skills of students,and group cooperative learning can make better use of this advantage,but the application of smart teaching in primary and secondary schools has no significant effect on the improvement of physical health of students.(3)Through 12 weeks of teaching experiments,The application of National Smart Education Platform has been widely recognized by students.It is widely believed that "smart primary and middle school" has convenient operation,high-quality teaching resources,timely and effective interaction,higher self-evaluation,active group cooperation,and extensive extracurricular sports learning.Three suggestions are put forward for further optimization of the integration of National Smart Education Platform and junior high school physical education.First,optimize teaching resources to adapt to the characteristics of online learning;Second,strengthen the supervision function and update the learning evaluation method;Third,improve the teaching model and build an efficient learning system.
