Since the promulgation of the "Private Education Promotion Law" by the state,China’s private education has continued to develop and grow,and private education has played an increasingly important role in the national education system,but behind the prosperity and development,many private educational institutions also have some problems,mainly manifested in uneven school quality,large teacher mobility,irregular internal management and other problems,and some private schools have even fallen into development difficulties.As we all know,the teaching staff is the key to improving the quality of running schools.Whether teacher management is scientific and standardized determines the stability of the teaching team and the sustainable development of the school.At present,the management of teachers in private middle schools is chaotic,conflicts between teachers and school authorities occur from time to time,and the turnover of teachers is very high,which seriously affects the career planning and development of teachers,and also hinders the normal development of schools.In this study,a representative S middle school was selected as the research object to explore some practical problems in the management of teachers in private secondary schools.From the perspective of behavioral science management theory,this paper uses questionnaire survey method and interview method to investigate and study the teachers of S middle school,and finds the problems in the management of teachers in S middle school through questionnaire data analysis combined with teacher interview records,analyzes the causes of these problems,and finally gives specific improvement strategies based on the application of behavioral science management theory in teacher management.The thesis mainly includes five parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background,research significance,literature review,research methods,research content and innovation points of the article.The second part is the basic concept and theoretical basis of the article,focusing on the content of private middle school teachers and behavioral science management theory.The third part mainly analyzes the data of the questionnaire from the sample information,status description analysis and questionnaire dimensions.The fourth part summarizes the problems existing in the teacher management system and management concept of S Middle School.Including but not limited to dehumanized management requirements,unreasonable teachers’ salaries,difficulties in guaranteeing teachers’ personal dignity,neglect of teachers’ professional development and neglect of teachers’ needs,etc.,and analyzed the reasons for the problems.In the fifth part,based on the management theory of behavioral science,it puts forward specific strategies to improve the problems found in the management of S middle school teachers.The last part is the conclusion and prospect of the article. |
