In 2016,the General Office of the State Council issued the "Opinions on Strengthening School Physical Education to Promote the Comprehensive Development of Students’ Physical and Mental Health",which proposed an integrated curriculum system of "learning, training, competition, and evaluation".Through the implementation of this system, efforts were made to construct a curriculum system that is horizontally consistent, vertically connected, internally unified, and interconnected within and outside the curriculum. The Guiding Outline for Teaching Reform of "Physical Education and Health"(for Trial Implementation)also proposes to promote students to learn and master an operational sports skill of "understanding knowledge, mastering technology, and being able to use" through "learning, practicing, competing, and evaluating",so as to enhance students’ interest in learning and improve teaching quality.Currently, martial arts teaching in primary schools mainly focuses on learning and practicing, resulting in a single teaching content,a dull teaching process, and a lack of diversity in teaching methods.Competition is mostly in the form of competitive competitions, and evaluation is mainly in the form of a semester’s skill test. This has led to our martial arts teaching, where learning, training, competition, and evaluation are separated from each other, and there is no close connection between the front and back, which cannot reflect the overall strength of the integration of learning, training, competition, and evaluation. It cannot promote students’ mastery and application of martial arts skills, nor can it enhance their interest in learning. This article aims to analyze the differences in physical fitness, martial arts learning interest, and martial arts skills in the integrated teaching of "learning, training, competition, and evaluation" in the fifth grade of primary school, and test the learning effect of students.Preliminary design of a set of "learning, training, competition, evaluation" integrated perspective of primary school fifth grade teaching plan.Provide reference basis for the development and teaching practice of martial arts courses. This article uses the methods of literature, interviews, questionnaires,Delphi, experiments, and mathematical statistics.Designed an integrated martial arts teaching system of "learning, training, competition, and evaluation",and further verified its feasibility and practical teaching effects. The specific conclusions are as follows:(1)The teaching under the integrated perspective of "learning, training, competition, and evaluation" fully connects the various parts of learning, training, competition, and evaluation, achieving the effect of mutual promotion among the four, fully improving the teaching effect, achieving our teaching objectives, and also reflecting the educational function of martial arts, demonstrating that martial arts teaching under the integrated perspective of "learning, training, competition, and evaluation" can be implemented and developed in school martial arts.(2)Martial arts teaching under the integrated perspective of "learning, training, competition, and evaluation" has greatly improved the intensity and participation of students in sports through the adoption of multiple practice methods and the integration of competitions in the classroom, making students significantly improve their physical fitness. However, normal "learning, training," teaching also improves students’ physical fitness, but not significantly.Overall,in terms of physical fitness, martial arts teaching under the integrated perspective of "learning, training, competition, and evaluation" is superior to normal "learning, training," teaching.(3)The integrated perspective of "learning, training, competition, and evaluation" in martial arts teaching has adopted cooperative practice methods and various training methods in teaching methods, enabling students to have a more thorough understanding of movements, and implementing the idea of "emphasizing application".The practical application of movements in competitions has improved students’ martial arts skills. Finally, experimental data show that martial arts teaching under the integrated perspective of "learning, training, competition, and evaluation" is superior to normal "learning, training," teaching in all aspects of martial arts skills.(4)The integrated perspective of "learning, training, competition, and evaluation" in martial arts teaching has gradually gained students’ interest in learning martial arts through systematic characteristics, thus greatly improving students’ interest in learning martial arts.Especially in terms of positive interest in martial arts learning.(5)In terms of martial arts ethics,as integrated martial arts teaching makes it easier for students to experience martial arts ethics thoughts and demonstrate martial arts spirit,"learning, training, competition, and evaluation" integrated martial arts teaching can promote students’ martial arts ethics performance.
