| The number of graduates from universities is increasing year by year.On the one hand,the number of postgraduate entrance examination repeatedly hit a new high.On the other hand,employment standards continue to rise.A variety of factors contribute to the wave of "roll degree".And even "reverse entrance examination" has become common.More students choose to pursue postgraduate studies to further improve their employment competitiveness.More than half of the candidates are college students.Affected by factors,college students will face some physical and mental tests,including their own coursework,daily life,classmate relationships,etc.Especially under the influence of the pandemic,closed campus and various adverse factors aggravate the students’ anxiety to some extent,affecting their study preparation.And adverse factors will affect their physical and mental health.In this context,this paper adopts the group work model to provide services to service object.And we carry out research in view of students’ anxiety in the process of preparing for exams under the epidemic.Guided by theories such as self-efficacy and social support,the research object is the fourth year of University C to describe the candidates’ anxiety.Workers analyze the influencing factors and specific causes of anxiety.And we carry out targeted services according to the requirements of the profession to alleviate the anxiety of candidates and help students prepare for the exam.Based on service practice,the staffs summarize service effects and service methods.This study used network to accurately locate the anxiety points of test preparation students through questionnaires,interviews,etc.Workers intervened to help them in a group way,which helped alleviate students’ anxiety to a certain extent.But the online also had certain limitations,which restricted the exertion of group effects. |
