| Since socialism with Chinese characteristics entered a new era,in order to further consolidate the achievements of education in ethnic unity and progress,safeguard national unity,and crush the plans of the 14 th Dalai clique,the 10 th Party Congress of Tibet Autonomous Region set forth the goal of creating a model area for ethnic unity and progress,striving to be at the forefront of the country in ethnic unity and progress.By implementing the regulations on the creation of model areas for ethnic unity and progress,we should promote the creation of model areas for ethnic unity and progress to cast a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.Colleges and universities are the main fronts of ethnic unity and progress education.To do a good job in ethnic unity and progress education is an important part of cultivating a reliable successor to the new socialist Tibet,and it is also an inevitable requirement for realizing social stability and development in Tibet,which is particularly important for the development of Tibet.In this context,it is of great significance for colleges and universities in Tibet to strengthen the education of ethnic unity and progress to build a strong sense of community of the Chinese nation.This paper discusses and studies from four aspects how to strengthen the education of national unity and progress in colleges and universities in Tibet and how to forge the consciousness of Chinese national community.First,to find and study the theoretical interpretation of strengthening the education of ethnic unity and progress in Tibetan colleges and universities in the new era.The research on this aspect mainly combs the development context of the education of ethnic unity and progress in Tibetan colleges and universities from the concept,form and connotation of the education of ethnic unity and progress,and summarizes the background and requirements of the transformation from ethnic unity education to ethnic unity and progress education.Strengthening ethnic unity and progress education in colleges and universities is the main content of Tibet’s efforts to forge a sense of community of the Chinese nation,an important measure to promote high-quality development in Tibet,an urgent need to maintain the harmony and stability of colleges and universities in Tibet,and an internal requirement to improve the ideological and political quality of college students in Tibet.Strengthening education of national unity and progress in colleges and universities is the concrete embodiment of creating model areas of national unity and progress,and creating model areas of national unity and progress is the guidance of strengthening education of national unity and progress in colleges and universities.Second,it reviewed the theoretical and practical development process of strengthening ethnic unity and progress education in colleges and universities in Tibet,and studied the instructions and conference spirit of the CPC Central Committee on ethnic work in Tibet since the peaceful liberation of Tibet.From the principle of ethnic equality and ethnic unity,the system of regional ethnic autonomy to provide institutional support,to promote the common prosperity and development of all ethnic groups,equality,solidarity,mutual assistance and harmonious new ethnic relations,anti-separatist struggle education to provide fresh teaching materials,socialist core values,exchanges and integration of all ethnic groups,to forge the Chinese nation’s sense of community,to build a common spiritual home to provide a practical platform to create the nation The development of ethnic unity and progress education in colleges and universities in Tibet is discussed from the aspects of unity and progress model area.Thirdly,it makes an in-depth analysis of the difficulties faced by colleges and universities in Tibet in the process of strengthening ethnic unity and progress education.Through consulting relevant materials,visiting and researching,and combining with the actual situation,it is found that colleges and universities in Tibet in the process of promoting ethnic unity and progress education are faced with inadequate understanding of the importance of building a strong sense of community of the Chinese nation in the new era.There is not a close connection between the strengthening of education on ethnic unity and progress in colleges and universities and the establishment of a model area of ethnic unity in Tibet,and there is no joint effort among colleges and universities to strengthen education on ethnic unity and progress.The main reasons why the educational advantages of national unity and progress in colleges and universities are not obvious are that the targeted educational content needs to be further strengthened,the diversified teaching methods need to be enriched and the campus cultural environment also needs to further strengthen the publicity and learning.Fourthly,in view of the problems existing in the education of ethnic unity and progress in colleges and universities in Tibet,this paper further strengthens the education of ethnic unity and progress in colleges and universities from three aspects: strengthening the top-level design of education of ethnic unity and progress,enhancing the integration force of education of ethnic unity and progress and strengthening the execution force of education of ethnic unity and progress.Strive to contribute wisdom and strength for colleges and universities to cast the consciousness of the Chinese nation community. |
