A Case Study Of Structured Family Therapy Improving The Closeness Of "Widowed Parenting" Families

In the process of family scale shrinking,parents share parenting responsibility is to establish a harmonious family relationship,promote the healthy growth of children,but in real life part of the family parents unilateral parenting responsibility absence phenomenon,lead to parenting responsibility completely on the other party,"widowed parenting" problem.Under the situation of "widowed parenting",the absence of unilateral responsibility of parents leads to frequent family conflicts and tension in family relations,which is not conducive to building a good living environment for children and affecting the mental health development of children.With the increasing number of "widowed parenting" families,the "widowed parenting" family relationship has become a social problem that needs urgent attention.It is of great significance to intervene in the "widowed parenting" family relationship from the perspective of social work.In this study,the author selected Ms.Xu from W community of Jiamusi city as the case owner to study her "widowed parenting" family.From the perspective of social work,the family structure and family relationship were estimated and analyzed,and collected the data of the owner’s family through questionnaire,observation and scale,and learned that there was a gap between Ms.Xu and her husband in the family and the pressure on parenting.Guided by the needs of the case owner,directly do the plan master.Social workers use structured family therapy to analyze the role of structured family therapy in family therapy and propose corresponding improvement strategies.The results show that using structured family therapy can improve the sense of identity among family members and shorten the relationship between family members and sponsors.Through this service,the communication mode between the client and her husband was improved,the family structure was rebuilt,and the overall family intimacy was improved.Through process assessment,outcome assessment and pretest scores of family intimacy,it can be concluded that it can better improve the intimacy of "widowed parenting" families.It is hoped that this intervention study can promote the application of structured family therapy in practice,and participate in the treatment of family problems better,in order to play a certain reference role in the future research.
