| In order to better understand the learning needs of Georgian middle school students in Chinese classroom,this study conducted a survey of Georgian middle school students through questionnaire survey method,interview method and Hutchinson & Water needs analysis framework,so as to further improve Chinese language teaching.The full text is divided into five parts.The first part is an introduction,which discusses the research background and significance of this thesis,clarifies the research content and research methods,and sorts out and reviews the relevant research results and current research status at home and abroad.The second part introduces the current situation of Chinese teaching for middle school students in Georgia.It mainly introduces the middle schools,students,Chinese curriculum,teachers and teaching materials of the teaching points under the Confucius Institute in Georgia.The third part is the survey design and implementation of the learning needs of Chinese classroom students in Georgia.The questionnaire of this study is based on the Hutchinson & Water demand analysis model as the main framework,and is designed according to the actual situation of Chinese classroom for Georgian middle school students based on reading literature.The personal interview part is mainly based on the results of the questionnaire to further confirm the students’ Chinese classroom learning needs,and the interview with Chinese teachers is mainly to understand the current situation of Chinese teaching in Georgia more comprehensively and objectively.The fourth part is the survey and analysis of the learning needs of Georgian middle school students in Chinese classroom.On the one hand,starting from the analysis of learners’ overall Chinese classroom needs,it is concluded that the current situation of Chinese teaching in Georgia cannot well meet the learning needs of students’ Chinese classroom.On the other hand,the author’s analysis shows that there are significant differences in the needs of students at different levels in terms of learning difficulties,target levels and learning processes.Based on the research conclusions,the fifth part gives certain teaching suggestions and learning strategy suggestions from three aspects: teaching institutions,Chinese teachers and learners,in order to solve the problems of Chinese classroom learning of Georgian middle school students,better meet the learning needs of students in Chinese classroom,and further promote the development of Chinese in Georgia. |
