| General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the school ideological and political theory teacher symposium that teachers are the key to run ideological and political course well,and further put forward "six requirements" for the development of ideological and political course teachers,among which he pointed out that ideological and political course teachers should "deep feelings".The feelings of ideological and political course teachers not only point to their sense of responsibility to the country and society,but also to their lofty pursuit of ideological and political teaching,which contains the standards of teachers’ student-oriented work.Therefore,the "deep feelings" of ideological and political course teachers is the basic requirement of the construction of high-quality ideological and political course teachers,but also the inevitable requirement of fulfilling the great mission of ideological and political course.To study the cultivation of the feelings of teachers in the ideological and political theory courses,it is necessary to clarify the specific connotation of the feelings of the teachers of the theory courses,sort out the basic structure of the feelings of the teachers of the theory courses,clarify the reasons for cultivating the feelings of the teachers of the political theory courses,and then explore the practical path of cultivating the feelings of the teachers of the political theory courses.Following such ideas,the author sorted out and analyzed the feelings of ideological and political teachers according to the different orientation of emotional output,forming the three basic elements of patriotism,love and evangelism.The connection and interaction of the three elements enrich the contents of ideological and political teachers’ feelings in the new era.Under the urgent need of social progress and ideological and political education development,it is imperative to cultivate the feelings of ideological and political teachers.To cultivate feelings,we can start from teachers themselves,school system construction and external environmental factors,and run the education of feelings through all links of teacher training,education and management of ideological and political courses,so as to fundamentally improve the moral quality of teachers of ideological and political courses and achieve a substantial improvement in the quality of teachers. |
