| Weightlifting has always been China’s traditional advantageous event,and in the men’s weightlifting 61 kg event,Chinese athletes have always occupied an absolute advantage.However,the Sichuan weightlifting team did not perform well in the men’s 61 kg category at the 14 th National Games in 2021,and finally missed the medal,and the two athletes actually have great potential to win medals.Therefore,in order to find out the advantages and disadvantages of the snatch technique of the two athletes,improve the snatch technique of the two athletes,so as to improve the men’s snatch performance of the Sichuan Weightlifting Team.In this paper,the literature method,three-dimensional video analysis method,comparative analysis method and mathematical statistics method were used to compare the 61 kg snatch technical movements of two outstanding male weightlifters of the Sichuan Provincial Weightlifting Team,and the results showed that:(1)Preparation for the bell stage: At this stage,Lei and Fu have a close grip distance and standing distance,and the grip distance is more consistent with the world’s outstanding athletes,and a wide grip distance is adopted,but the distance between the two people is slightly wider,which is not conducive to the lower limb pedaling and stretching force.Lei’s large degree of flexion and body forward leaning is conducive to obtaining greater pedaling and extension strength in the next stage,which is more in line with the principle of "near" in the snatch technique;Fu’s torso has a large angle,premature uprightness,and premature force,which is not conducive to lifting the bell;Therefore,in the preparation stage of belling,Lei’s technical movements are better than Fu’s.(2)Knee extension and bell stage: In this stage,the two athletes have a low center of gravity and can store more elastic potential energy;Fu stretches his hips prematurely,resulting in a large degree of forward tilt and an increase in the distance between the two centers;large horizontal component,resulting in a decrease in vertical force and affecting the vertical speed of the bar;Therefore,the technical movements of Fu in the knee-stretching and bell-lifting stage are not as reasonable as Lei’s.(3)Knee bell stage: At this stage,Lei’s knee joint is actively flexed,so that the quadriceps muscles are instantly elongated,and due to the effect of the stretch reflex,it can cause strong muscle contraction,and greater strength can be generated when exerting force.The knee reflexion angle of the world’s outstanding weightlifters is about 26°,and the reflexion of the two people in the knee induction stage is not enough;The vertical speed of Lei’s barbell showed a large change compared with the previous stage,and the rising speed was faster;In the knee bell stage,Fu’s technical movements are not as reasonable as Lei’s.(4)Force stage: At this stage,due to the previous stage,the hip extension muscle group and the knee extension muscle group of Lei are fully contracted,and the hip extension is more sufficient;Lei’s resistance arm is small,which increases the efficiency rate,so that the barbell obtains maximum acceleration and moves upward to the corresponding height;At this stage,Lei’s technical actions are better than Fu’s.(5)Inertial ascent stage: at this stage,the lower limb and torso angles of Lei and Fu are significantly reduced compared with the previous stage,and the body is in a squat state,which is in line with the body posture angle at this stage;Lei squats lower,tilts his hips more fully,shortens the distance between the two centers,and increases the stability of the barbell;In the inertial rising stage,Lei’s technical actions are more reasonable than Fu’s.(6)Squat support stage: Compared with the world’s outstanding athletes at this stage,the two people do not bend the knees and squat sufficiently,and the center of gravity of the body does not drop enough,which affects the stability of the barbell;At this moment,the horizontal speed and vertical speed of the world’s elite athletes are close to zero,the barbell is basically in a static state,both barbells have a certain speed,the body fails to maintain balance,and the barbell is shaking,which is not conducive to squatting and fixing the bell.(7)Standing stage: at this stage,Lei’s body tilt is small,relatively upright,and Fu’s knees are slightly larger,resulting in the hips being raised and the upper body slightly tilted;Ray’s barbell shakes small,and the barbell support stability is better than that of voltaics.On the whole,Lei was better than Fu in the bell-lifting and standing stage,with a lower center of gravity and more adequate knee extension and hip extension.The center of gravity of the body is close to the center of gravity of the barbell,in line with the "close" principle in snatch.If the vertical speed of the barbell is large,the rising speed can be increased to reach the corresponding height.Standing support is stable.The squat support stage is better than Lei.The center of gravity is low.The kneeling squat and the squat set the bell are completed well.Compared with the world’s elite athletes,both men did not bend enough in the knee lead phase.Squat support stage kneel squat is not enough,the body’s center of gravity is not enough,the body failed to maintain balance,barbell shaking phenomenon. |
