Research On The Impact Of Digital Economy On High-Quality Employment Of Farmers From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

In recent years,the country vigorously develops the rural economy,and the development of rural economy is an important guarantee for the realization of rural revitalization.As a key component of rural economic system,farmer employment has a new connotation of The Times.At present,digital technology is slowly extending to rural areas.With the continuous improvement of rural infrastructure,rural digitalization accelerates innovative development,providing new momentum for rural revitalization.Under the strategic background of rural revitalization,accelerating the pace of digital rural revitalization is an inevitable requirement for the construction of digital China.China is now in a crucial period of consolidating poverty alleviation and promoting rural revitalization.A synergistic mechanism between the digital economy and high-quality employment for farmers can not only establish a long-term mechanism to help low-income groups,but also help to prosper rural industries.Farmers are the main groups in rural areas,and they play a pivotal role in the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",which is the key to the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Improving the quality of farmers’ employment is also considered to be one of the important programs to deal with the problems of rural economic development.Based on the 2018 China Labor Dynamics Survey data(CLDS2018)and the matching data of 289 cities,this thesis uses entropy method and objective employment index method to measure the development level of digital economy and farmers’ employment quality.OLS method,LSDV method and 2SLS method were used to empirically test the effect and heterogeneity of digital economy on farmers’ high-quality employment from the perspective of rural revitalization,and the intermediary effect model of rural industry prosperity and farmers’ life prosperity was constructed.Verify the transmission path related to the development level of digital economy--rural industrial structure and farmers’ life prosperity--farmers’ high-quality employment.The results show that,first,digital economy forms digital empowerment,which optimizes the allocation of rural resources,strengthens the effective connection between urban and rural markets,promotes the integrated development of rural industries,and then improves the quality of farmers’ employment through urban and rural technology,resources and market circulation.Secondly,through the benchmark regression test,it is concluded that the development of digital economy can promote the improvement of farmers’ employment quality,and the improvement effect has regional heterogeneity,and the effect is more significant in the western region.This conclusion is still valid after the endogeneity test and robustness test.Third,digital economy can affect the high-quality employment of farmers by improving the level of rural industrial structure and farmers’ living affluence,that is,the intermediary effect between industrial structure and living affluence is significant.Combined with theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,in order to give full play to the promoting effect of digital economy on farmers’ employment quality,the intermediary effect of industrial structure and life prosperity will be fully brought into play,so as to promote the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.This thesis puts forward the following ways to improve the employment quality of farmers under the background of rural revitalization and digital economy strategy: first,improve the quality of farmers themselves,pay attention to improving the labor force’s ability to use the Internet,improve the development and management of rural digital network resources,and provide workers with more abundant and convenient employment information.Second,vigorously promote rural digital construction,improve the construction of rural digital infrastructure,tap the role of digital economy,optimize the allocation of agricultural information resources and improve farmers’ income.Third,pay attention to the coordinated development of regional and urban and rural industries,improve the rural industrial structure,promote the employment of talents,so that both industries and talents can get better development.Fourth,we will make rural industries prosperous.Through the combination of agriculture and industry,agriculture and tourism,and agriculture and commerce,a pattern of "industry feeds agriculture and cities support rural areas" is established to promote the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
