| President Xi Jinping recently issued important instructions on the work of vocational education,emphasizing that “Party committees and governments at all levels must increase institutional innovation,policy supply,and investment,promote the spirit of craftsmanship,improve the social status of technical and technical personnel,and promote the overall construction of a modern socialist country.The Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation provides strong talents and technical support."At present,my country is in a critical period of transition from a manufacturing country to a manufacturing country,and a large number of high-quality technical talents are needed.Therefore,it is of great significance to cultivate and promote the craftsmanship spirit of love,dedication,collaboration,excellence,truth-seeking and innovation in secondary vocational colleges.This research explores how to cultivate students’ craftsmanship through curriculum teaching in secondary vocational schools.First of all,using the method of literature data,we have consulted relevant domestic and foreign documents,summarized and sorted out the connotation development of the "craftsman spirit" with time,and the current status of research on the cultivation of "craftsman spirit" at home and abroad.The survey found that the training path of the "craftsman spirit" proposed by scholars is more on the theoretical level,and there is a lack of specific curriculum model research for cultivating the "craftsman spirit".Next,through questionnaires,interviews and other forms,from the five aspects of teaching subject,teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching methods,and teaching evaluation,a survey and summary of the teaching status of the "C Language Programming" course in secondary vocational schools were conducted;The basic information,the cognition of the craftsman spirit,the current situation of cultivation,and the ways of cultivation have investigated and analyzed the current situation of the cultivation of the "craftsman spirit".Then,combined with the above results,five stages of "craftsman spirit" cultivation are constructed: training period,promotion period,reflection period,creation period and cooperation period.From the four aspects of teaching concept,teaching content,teaching method and teaching evaluation,the strategy of cultivating the craftsman spirit of secondary vocational students is proposed.Finally,through the design of a curriculum teaching case,a teaching practice was carried out in a secondary vocational school in Xiangxiang City,Hunan Province.The effect of the teaching case practice was evaluated by means of reflection,interview,and scale.The results showed that the practice was at a certain level.It is helpful to cultivate students’ craftsmanship spirit. |
