| On January 1,2022,the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Promotion of Family Education came into effect,marking the first time that China has legislated specifically on family education,which has been elevated from a traditional "family matter" in the old days to an important "national matter" in the new era.In the context of the new era,China’s rural areas have become the most important and most important areas in the world.In the context of the new era,the quality of parents of young children in rural areas in China varies,and the quality of family education as a whole is not high,so it is urgent to strengthen family education guidance.This study mainly adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to investigate the current situation of family education guidance for young children in rural J County,and conducts in-depth analysis on the problems and causes of family education guidance for young children in rural J County,and proposes effective guidance countermeasures.The thesis is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction.The first part introduces the background,purpose and significance of the study,analyzes the current situation of family education guidance and family education guidance for rural children at home and abroad,and clarifies the ideas and methods of the study.The second part clarifies the connotation of the core concepts of "parents of rural children","family education guidance" and "family education guidance for rural children",and elaborates on the "4421" family education guidance.The second part clarifies the connotation of the core concepts "rural parents","family education guidance" and "family education guidance for rural children",and elaborates on the "4421" family education guidance theory,human development ecology theory and social support theory to provide some theoretical guidance for this study.The third part introduces the basic situation of J County,the research site,and investigates and analyzes the current situation of family education guidance for rural children in J County through questionnaires and interviews in five aspects: the basic situation of guidance,guidance subjects,guidance forms,guidance contents and guidance needs.The research results show that there are problems such as unclear responsibility of guidance,single guidance subject,inflexible guidance form,lack of targeted guidance content and oversupply of guidance service.The fourth part analyzes the reasons for the formation of family education guidance for young children in rural J County,covering the levels of government,kindergarten,society and parents.At the governmental level,the problems are mainly manifested in the imperfect policies and regulations related to family education guidance,the lack of sufficient funding for family education guidance,and the lack of specialized organizations and management agencies.At the kindergarten level,the problems are mainly reflected in the one-sided perception of family education guidance by kindergarten teachers,the lack of a management mechanism for family education guidance in the kindergarten,the lack of sufficient teachers for family education guidance,and the lack of close cooperation between homes.At the social level,the problems are mainly manifested in the low participation of women’s federations,inadequate work of village committees,and insufficient support from village medical offices.At the parental level,the problems are mainly reflected in the parents’ insufficient knowledge of family education guidance,lack of awareness of family education guidance,and low motivation to participate in family education guidance.The fifth part attempts to propose strategies for family education guidance for rural children from four levels: government,kindergarten,society and parents,specifically:integrating family education guidance for rural children into the government’s public service system;improving kindergarten-led family education guidance for rural children;collaborating with multiple entities to build a public service network for family education guidance for rural children;and strengthening the primary responsibility of parents of rural children in family education.The main responsibility of parents in family education. |
