| In July 2021,The General Office of the State Council and the General Office of the CPC Central Committee jointly issued the Opinions on Further Reducing the Homework Burden and After-school Training Burden of Students in Compulsory Education(hereinafter referred to as "double Reduction").As can be seen from the "double reduction" policy,reducing the amount of students’ homework and reducing the burden of students has become the new theme of education.Among them,"rationalization of assignment" is an important part of assignment reform.Homework is not only a continuation of classroom teaching,but also an effective way for students to promote their thinking development,enhance their application ability and improve their selflearning ability.It is also an important link for students to have a higher degree of autonomy in the learning process.Especially in recent years,the academic circle and front-line teachers gradually realize that students’ reading ability plays a key role in Chinese learning,and the improvement of students’ reading ability does not only depend on teachers’ classroom teaching.Therefore,through the medium of homework,reading is infiltrated into the homework.Through the combination of theory and practice to improve students’ reading quality.This study uses literature method,questionnaire method,interview method and case analysis method to analyze the existing problems and causes of the current Chinese reading assignment design in primary schools,and demonstrates the design of Chinese reading assignment in primary schools under the background of "double reduction" with the unified compilation of textbooks as a powerful force.It is found that there are the following problems in the design of Chinese reading assignment in primary schools: the forms of reading assignment need to be enriched and deviate from the requirements of curriculum standards;The reading assignment has little relation with the teaching content,and the assignment goal is fuzzy.Teachers’ consciousness of homework design is weak and students’ main body status is ignored.The form of job evaluation is simple and the function of job evaluation is ignored.The main reasons for the above problems are:the fuzziness of the design consciousness of reading homework,the limitation of teachers’ time in the teaching process and the lack of homework management in schools.Combined with the background of "double reduction",according to the requirements of Chinese curriculum standards for reading teaching,the Chinese homework design in primary school can have the following optimization strategies: First,to optimize the homework objectives,relying on the Chinese curriculum standards,grasp the design direction,to achieve the integration of homework objectives and teaching objectives;Secondly,in the form of work,it is necessary to achieve the level of work difficulty,work objectives and work quantity.Thirdly,from the school level,the school should give full play to its resource advantages,improve the quality of operation management and improve the operation management system.Finally,optimize the job evaluation,make the main body of the job evaluation,the way and the standard diversification,better play the job evaluation function. |
