With surging development in recent years,the insurance industry has become one of the fastest growing industries in the national economy.Amid rapid change of insurance industry pattern and skyrocket increase of insurance subjects at home and abroad,the market competition in insurance industry is becoming increasingly fierce,and the competitive edge in this industry is more dependent on the quality and professional competence of the insurance personnel,so does the life insurance industry.After establishment for nine years,Chasing Life Insurance Co.,Ltd.is now in the critical period from initial development stage to value growth stage,and has exposed many drawbacks in the training system.Hence,due to the strategic transformation and updating of the Company,it is imminent to improve the training system.On the basis of training system and related theories,this paper took the training system construction in Chasing Life Insurance as the study case with comprehensive utilization of the training research achievements at home and abroad,and conducted an all-round analysis and problem analysis through literature research method,questionnaire method,employee interview method,and case analysis method.It was found that the Company had many problems such as a lack of survey for training needs,incomplete course systems,unbalanced levels of training teachers,single training method,and formalized training evaluation.The reasons for the above problems,according to this paper,include high talent mobility in the insurance industry,less attention from the preliminary decision makers,weak training and management forces,and a dearth of long-term training mechanism,etc.Therefore,based on the strategic development targets of Chasing Life Insurance,the Company’s training system is optimized in this paper through five aspects from training need survey,training course system,training teacher,training mode and method,as well as training effect evaluation.This solution can raise the Company employees ’satisfaction for training,build a more complete talent team,drive the implementation of intelligent training management,and improve the Company’ s operation indexes.Finally,this paper proposes the implementation steps for the training system improvement solution of Chasing Life Insurance,and puts forward necessary supporting conditions for optimizing the training system in terms of system,mechanism,team,culture,and technology.The study in this paper can provide a set of feasible and operable training system improvement solution for Chasing Life Insurance Co.,Ltd.in the transition stage,which is highly targeted and instructive.While enriching the training system and optimizing the practice of the employee training system in state-owned insurance enterprises,this paper can also provide reference for the training system improvement in other small-sized life insurance companies in China. |
