Research On The Countermeasures Of College Students’ Network Moral Anomie In The New Era

With the rapid popularization and development of the Internet,online life has become an indispensable component of people’s daily social life.The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued and implemented the "Implementation Outline for the Construction of Citizen Morality in the New Era" in October 2019,which made clear provisions for the construction of cyberspace ethics.Contemporary college students,as the most important group of internet users,play an important role in shaping the network ecology through their network moral level.But the contradiction is a unity of opposites,and some college students arc gradually exposing many problems while enjoying the great convenience brought by the internet.In the use of the internet,a series of issues of network moral misconduct have emerged,which not only affects their own growth and success,but also has a negative impact on the construction of a clear online space.Therefore,studying the current situation of online moral misconduct among college students in the new era and proposing targeted solutions based on this has important theoretical and practical significance to effectively improve the level of online morality among college students.This paper consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,The second part is the definition of relevant concepts and theoretical basis,which respectively define basic concepts such as morality and network morality,anomie and network moral anomic;In addition,it explains the Marxist moral thought,Xi Jinping’s important discussion on the construction of network civilization and the ideological and political education of the environment theory.The third part designs a questionnaire according to the characteristics of college students’ network moral behavior,collects relevant data through issuing the questionnaire,and explores the performance of college students’ network moral anomie in the new era from a macro perspective,mainly including the following five points:network addiction,serious network plagiarism,uncivilized network language,dissemination of false information and invasion of others’ privacy.The fourth part analyzes the causes of college students’ network moral anomie in the new era,mainly including college students’ own reasons,family network moral education is not in place,college network moral education is not sufficient,and the complex network space environment.The fifth part is the countermeasure research of university network moral anomie.In view of the fact that college students’network moral consciousness cannot be automatically generated in an ideal state,this paper not only combines the actual situation of college students and puts forward countermeasures from the perspective of college students themselves to promote the dialectical unity of their moral cognition,moral emotion,moral will and moral action,but also puts forward corresponding solutions from the aspects of strengthening the education and guidance of family and school on network morality and the construction of network environment,With the mutual coordination and cooperation of these four aspects,it is expected to promote college students to establish correct network moral awareness,standardize their own network words and deeds,and become the participants,promoters and defenders of the construction of network space morality.
