The digital competency level of teachers is the main content to promote the Digital transformation of education and the high-quality and balanced development of basic education.At the beginning of 2022,the Ministry of Education launched the implementation of the National Education Digitalization Strategy,implemented the report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and built a strong education,sports,and digital country.Promoting education digitization cannot do without the leadership of a strong teacher team.Under the COVID-19,the help of "digital sports" provides a new grasp and opportunity for the transformation of physical education teaching mode in middle schools.Physical education teachers should actively "seek change" and "create change" to be competent in the new era of digital physical education teaching mode,and empower high-quality school physical education teaching through the integration of digital technology and physical education teaching.Therefore,in order to clarify the current situation of digital competence of middle school physical education teachers in Ganzhou City and further promote the level of digital competence of middle school physical education teachers in Ganzhou City,this study takes the digital competence of middle school physical education teachers in Ganzhou City as the research object,and randomly samples middle school physical education teachers in Ganzhou City as the survey object.Through the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,induction and summary,with the report "Reconsidering Our Future Together: A New Social Contract for Education" released by UNESCO to the world at the 41 st General Conference as the research tool,the technical nature,application and collaboration of digital competence of physical education teachers have been constructed A high school physical education teacher digital competency model with four dimensions of ethical aspects of digital competency for physical education teachers.Based on the four dimensions of digital competency for physical education teachers,a visual schematic diagram of digital competency for middle school physical education teachers is drawn,and a survey questionnaire on the current status of digital competency for middle school physical education teachers in Ganzhou City is constructed.By analyzing the basic information of the physical education teacher team in middle schools in Ganzhou City,the current situation of digital application of digital competence of physical education teachers in middle schools in Ganzhou City,the technical situation of digital competence of physical education teachers in middle schools in Ganzhou City,the applicability of digital competence of physical education teachers in middle schools in Ganzhou City,and the collaborative situation of digital competence of physical education teachers in middle schools in Ganzhou City The collection and data analysis of the ethical situation of digital competence of middle school physical education teachers in Ganzhou City have led to discussions:(1)the challenge of digital transformation to the digital competence of middle school physical education teachers in Ganzhou City;(2)The imbalanced phenomenon of digital competence among middle school physical education teachers in Ganzhou City;(3)The phenomenon of isolated islands in the digital competence of middle school physical education teachers in Ganzhou City;(4)The impact of digitization on the relationship between physical education teachers and students in secondary schools in Ganzhou City.Based on research discussions and conclusions,propose research suggestions on the current situation of enhancing the digital competence of middle school physical education teachers in Ganzhou City:(1)Increase the intensity of pre service education and post service physical education research activities and digital training for teachers;(2)Gradually Strengthening the Basic Construction of Physical Education Teachers in Middle Schools in Ganzhou City;(3)Continuously enhancing the self driving force of professional pursuit and value pursuit for physical education teachers;(4)Efficient improvement of digital hardware and software facilities for school sports;(5)The government has increased the construction guarantee of Digital transformation of basic education to provide a strong backing for the development of school sports;(6)Learn from the experience of the pilot area of Digital transformation of learning and education,and explore the path of Digital transformation of middle school PE teachers in Ganzhou City.
