With a history of 5,000 years,Chinese traditional culture has deeply influenced the development of our generations with its long history and profound characteristics.Today,with the deepening of globalization,the infiltration of foreign culture has had a certain impact on Chinese traditional culture.On the one hand,the infiltration of excellent traditional culture into Chinese classroom teaching strategies in primary schools is conducive to the promotion and development of Chinese excellent traditional culture,on the other hand,it can effectively play the role of "educating people" and promote the sublimation of Chinese classroom teaching in primary schools.Through the study of the existing literature,it is found that the literature that combines excellent traditional culture with primary school Chinese classroom teaching strategies is scarce,and most of them are biased towards theoretical macro-research,with less in-depth analysis based on the actual situation.In this regard,after carefully collecting and consulting relevant documents and materials,the author first sorts out and summarizes the core contents and ideas in the relevant guiding documents such as "Guiding Outline for Perfecting Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture Education" and "Guide for Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture into Primary and Secondary School Curriculum Textbooks" issued by the Ministry of Education,and makes a concrete analysis of the necessity and feasibility of the research on the infiltration of excellent traditional culture into Chinese classroom teaching strategies in primary schools from the needs of national cultural construction and cultural development strategy,the requirements of Chinese Curriculum Standards and the support of relevant national education policies.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey and interview survey of Chinese teachers and students in X primary school in G city,we can know in detail the development status of excellent traditional culture infiltrating into Chinese classroom teaching strategies in primary schools.Based on the analysis of the survey results,this paper finds and summarizes the problems and dilemmas existing in the infiltration of excellent traditional culture into primary school Chinese classroom teaching strategies,mainly in the following aspects:first,the implementation work is not in place,and the infiltration work of teachers is not organized enough;Second,teachers’ awareness of infiltration is weak and their initiative is not high;Third,teachers’ own traditional cultural knowledge reserves and literacy are not high;Fourth,infiltration is too formal and perfunctory;The infiltration effect is not good.In view of these problems,the causes are analyzed in the following aspects: first,the traditional educational ideas and teaching system are solidified;Second,the school teaching management is not perfect,and the assessment mechanism is lacking;Third,teachers are short of resources to use and refer to,and lack certain guidance and learning;Fourth,teachers’ choice of the types of Chinese classroom teaching strategies is solidified,and they can’t step out of the "comfort zone".Finally,based on the analysis of the practical problems and their causes,the author tries to put forward the effective implementation path of infiltrating excellent traditional culture into Chinese classroom teaching strategies in primary schools from three aspects: first,teachers should establish correct awareness and concept of infiltration,strengthen their attention and study of Chinese excellent traditional culture,be brave in trying in practice,enhance their confidence in infiltration,reject laziness and "lying flat" thinking,and break their own teaching "comfort zone";Second,in the specific teaching practice,we should carefully study and dig deep into the excellent traditional cultural content contained in Chinese textbooks,promote the organic combination of excellent traditional culture,the choice of Chinese classroom teaching strategies and students’ practical experience,choose appropriate types of Chinese classroom teaching strategies according to the characteristics of excellent traditional cultural content,rationally use multimedia teaching means,enrich infiltration forms,and closely combine all links in Chinese classroom teaching strategies to promote the organic nature of infiltration;Third,at the school level,teachers should be organized to strengthen the study of relevant guidance documents,clarify the specific direction and requirements of infiltration,actively hold training activities and expert lectures on related topics,enhance teachers’ infiltration ability,strengthen the effective construction of teachers’ community,promote the improvement of teachers’ teaching organization,establish relevant supervision and assessment mechanisms,and encourage the infiltration of excellent traditional culture.
