| In July 2021,The General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council issued the "Opinions on Further Reduce the burden of student homework and off-campus training burden on the stage of compulsory education"(hereinafter referred to as "Reduce the Burden of Homework and Off-school Training Burden" Opinions);in April 2022,the "Compulsory Education Curriculum Program and Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition)" was officially released.In the new era and new background,education and teaching are also facing a new journey.For mathematics learning tasks,homework is an indispensable key link.Nowadays,mathematics homework,which only consolidates and reviews new knowledge in class,can no longer meet the high quality requirements of students’ development in the new era.Students in the fourth grade of primary school are in the critical period of learning to live and learn,cultivating the way of thinking and realizing self-fulfillment.Homework design under the policy of "Reduce the Burden of Homework and Off-school Training Burden " needs to link subject knowledge with students’ life,stimulate students’ love for life,learn actively,and improve students’ comprehensive ability and subject literacy,which is also an important part of practicing the new curriculum standard and implementing core literacy.Based on the analysis of the current situation of mathematics homework design at home and abroad,this study takes the fourth grade students and mathematics teachers of S primary school in H city as the research object,with the help of literature research,investigation research and case analysis,selects two dimensions of homework content and homework form to investigate the current situation of mathematics homework of the fourth grade pupils.Based on the results of the survey,it is concluded that there are three main problems in the design of mathematics homework in the fourth grade of primary school: first,there is a lack of high-quality homework resources and expert guidance radiation,and teachers have limited time,energy and ability to design original homework;second,hierarchical homework still stays in oral and teaching work to meet the inspection,and some teachers do not really practice it in their daily teaching;Thirdly,the work concept of intellectual tendency is deeply rooted,and ideas need to be innovated.Based on the analysis of the causes of the above problems,we put forward the improvement countermeasures to effectively implement the "Reduce the Burden of Homework and Off-school Training Burden" policy in the design of mathematics homework in the fourth grade of primary school from five aspects: first,strengthen the construction of school homework management,introduce the assessment standards and systems of homework design,and improve the inspection of homework design;second,organize targeted training and learning and teacher activities on the basis of actual research;Thirdly,we should give full play to backbone teachers and experts to improve the efficiency of homework design and realize resource sharing;fourthly,we should deeply understand the connotation of "Reduce the Burden of Homework and Off-school Training Burden" and find homework design materials from real life;fifthly,we should adhere to the design idea of student-centered development and design hierarchical homework according to mathematics curriculum standards and individual differences of students. |
