| College student entrepreneurship is an important way to alleviate the current employment pressure and also an important means to promote the construction of an innovative country.Entrepreneurship education can innovate the forms of higher education,improve the quality of talent cultivation,and promote the high-quality development of universities.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,with the proposal of the development concept of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",the country has successively introduced a series of supporting policies to encourage and guide college students’ entrepreneurship,and has sparked a wave of entrepreneurship in the whole society.However,in the current fiercely competitive and complex social background,the practical problems faced by college students’ entrepreneurship have gradually become prominent,and the success rate of entrepreneurship is not high.Therefore,It is urgent to strengthen the guidance of entrepreneurship education for college students,deepen the development of entrepreneurship education,cultivate their entrepreneurial ability,guide them to establish good entrepreneurial values,cultivate high-quality talents with the times,and deepen the reform and development of higher education in China.The article takes college students as the research object,summarizes and analyzes the current research background of entrepreneurship education,summarizes and analyzes relevant research results at home and abroad,and clearly defines the core definitions of "entrepreneurship education","college student entrepreneurship education","guidance mechanism",etc.Based on relevant theories of Marxism,triple helix innovation model theory,synergy theory,etc.,through literature review and empirical analysis,Using the questionnaire survey method to explore the specific situation of the implementation of entrepreneurship education in universities,a total of 804 questionnaires were distributed,804 were collected,and SPSS and Amos statistical analysis software were used to explore from seven aspects,including college students’ career outlook,entrepreneurial motivation and willingness,the environment of entrepreneurship education in universities,the main obstacles to entrepreneurship education for college students,their own entrepreneurial ability,evaluation of the effectiveness of university implementation,and the demand for entrepreneurship education.Through in-depth research,it has been found that the development of entrepreneurship education for college students in China has achieved significant results.However,in the specific implementation process,there is still a lack of personal entrepreneurial awareness among college students,resulting in a disconnect between their thoughts and actions;The allocation of entrepreneurial education resources in universities is incomplete,the campus atmosphere is insufficient,and the evaluation system is not sound;The service guarantee system provided by society to college students is not in place,and the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate is not high.Therefore,starting from the issues and reasons,this article constructs a diversified guidance,coordinated cooperation,and systematic and efficient guidance mechanism for entrepreneurship education for college students,with universities as the leading force and government,enterprises,and society as the support.It also provides feasible suggestions for adjustment and transformation of the implementation and operation of the guidance mechanism for entrepreneurship education,Mainly including: college students should continuously improve their comprehensive entrepreneurial abilities and establish a concept of innovation and entrepreneurship;The government should provide systematic policy support for college students’ entrepreneurship,ensuring the entire process of college students’ entrepreneurship;Universities should establish advanced concepts of entrepreneurship education,continuously improve the teaching system of entrepreneurship education,and guide college students to actively engage in entrepreneurship;Society should create a favorable environment for college students’ entrepreneurship and provide good entrepreneurial services. |
