Research On The Evaluation Index System Of The Campus Football Talent Cultivation Guarantee Level In Chongqing Senior High School

The Guarantee of senior high school campus football talent cultivation is a practical problem that must be faced in the current process of the cultivation and development of campus football talents in our country.This research uses the methods including literature method,the Delphi method,the expert interview method,the analytic hierarchy process,etc.,and combines the spirit of the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the document on accelerating the development of youth campuses released by“ Ministry of Education and other 6departments ”.Based on the principles of scientificity,appropriateness,timeliness,systematization and coordination,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the campus football talent cultivation guarantee level in Chongqing senior high school,which includes 5 first-level evaluation indexes,20 second-level evaluation indexes and73 third-level evaluation indexes,After the validity test of the constructed evaluation index system,it makes practical application,investigation and analysis on the survey objects,and draws the following conclusions:1)The evaluation index system of the campus football talent cultivation guarantee level in Chongqing senior high school constructed in this study has 5 primary evaluation indexes,20 secondary evaluation indexes and 73 tertiary indexes.2)The evaluation index system of the campus football talent cultivation guarantee level in Chongqing senior high school refers to five first-level indicators: the support of talent cultivation concept,the participation of students,the guarantee of coaches’ ability,the school‘s internal environment and the school‘s external environment.And it has20 secondary indicators including football technique shaping,cultivation of football consciousness,physical exercise,psychological quality and football culture background,basic cultural knowledge,sports participation,cultural participation,and so on.There are 73 third-level indicators such as offensive skills,defensive skills,offensive tactics,defensive tactics,speed,strength and so on.3)It uses analytic hierarchy process to establish a matrix,weight calculation of the evaluation index system of the campus football talent cultivation guarantee level in Chongqing senior high school,The order of importance of the first-level indicators is student participation(0.3929),school internal environment(0.2515),coach ability(0.1555),concept of talent cultivation(0.1069),school external environment(0.0932).Among the second-level indicators corresponding to the first-level indicators,the most important indicators are psychological quality sharpening(0.0451),sports participation(0.2475),training ability(0.0677),campus football soft environment guarantee(0.1845),publicity and attention(0.0445).In the three-level indicators corresponding to the support of talent cultivation concept of first-level indicators,the top two weight indicators are self-confidence(0.0252)and offensive skills(0.0129).Among the threelevel indicators corresponding to the first-level indicators of coaches’ ability assurance,the top two indicators in terms of weight are scientific training methods(0.0358)and innovation ability of teaching ideas and modes(0.0190).The training system(0.0581)and campus football concept system(0.0307)rank the top two in the weight of the three-level indicators corresponding to the school’s internal environment.Among the first-level indicators,the third-level indicators corresponding to campus external environment support have the highest weight: the support degree of C536 students’ families(0.0161)and the mentality of teenagers engaged in football(0.0157).4)This research constructs an evaluation scale for the evaluation index system of the campus football talent cultivation guarantee level in Chongqing senior high school.Through empirical tests,it confirms the rationality of the scale,indicating that the scale can scientifically,systematically and comprehensively evaluate the level of senior high schools campus football talents training in Chongqing.The evaluation can help senior high schools in Chongqing find out the shortcomings and deficiencies in the cultivation guarantee work of campus football talents.5)In the survey,Chongqing senior high schools generally do a good job in the following aspects: starting from the establishment of excellent talent cultivation concept,focus on improving the participation of students,guarantee the coaches’ ability reserve,create the school’s internal education environment and strive to integrate the favorable factors of the school’s external environment.
