| Teacher assessment is an indispensable factor in the process of teacher teaching and student learning,and the effectiveness of assessment implementation directly affects the development of education and teaching.The implementation of teaching assessment is closely related to the teaching of teachers.Teachers are the key factor that transforms the information and assessment process generated by assessment into the improvement of students’ abilities.In addition,a large number of research evidences show that teachers’ assessment concepts play an important role in regulating education reform.Therefore,we clearly pay attention to the two key factors of middle school mathematics teachers’ teaching and assessment,and explore the relationship between teachers’ teaching approaches,assessment concepts and assessment practices,Can provide a certain reference for the formulation and implementation of assessment policies.The research of this article mainly uses three scales of middle school mathematics teachers’ conception of assessment,teacher’s teaching approaches and assessment practices,and uses the collected 792 teachers to answer the analysis process of this paper.After the questionnaire is sorted and the data cleaned,use potential profile analysis to explore the category characteristics of teachers’ assessment concepts and use path analysis to study teacher teaching under different assessment concepts.The relationship between method and teacher’s assessment view and assessment behavior.The results of the study are as follows:(1)The assessment view of middle school mathematics teachers’ academic performance is multi-dimensional.(2)The assessment conception of middle mathematics teachers’ academic performance is related to the teaching situations.(3)According to the assessment concept of middle school mathematics teachers,three types of teachers with different characteristics are determined: examination teachers,thinking development teachers and negative teachers.Examination teachers value students’ knowledge mastery and test scores,assessment concepts are mainly predicted by the teaching approaches of preparing for the test,and there is consistency between teacher assessment concepts and assessment practices;thinking development teachers value students’ ability development.Teachers’ assessment concepts are mainly predicted by teachers’ teaching approaches of knowledge transfer and preparation for exams.Such teachers’ assessment concepts have not been realized in practice.Negative teachers do not recognize the positive role of assessment.They often use teaching approaches in the teaching process.They also ignore the development of students’ personality in assessment practice.Some developmental assessment concepts have not been realized in actual assessment practices.Through the analysis of the potential category characteristics of teachers’ assessment concepts and the research on the relationship between teacher’s teaching approaches,teachers’ assessment concepts and teacher assessment practices,it is helpful to better understand the importance of teacher assessment and contribute to the professional training of teachers.A certain amount of help will help teachers establish a developmental teacher assessment view that is compatible with the new curriculum concept. |
