| Due to the influence of long-term exam-oriented education,"problematic tactics" are common in all kinds of basic education schools in our country.The Ministry of Education introduced the "double reduction" policy in 2021,aiming to reduce students’ academic burden.However,people find that it is unscientific to blindly reduce the amount of work and reduce the difficulty of work to achieve "reducing the burden".In the related research of "double reduction",how to scientifically "reduce" and achieve the effect of "reducing the negative and increasing the efficiency" has become a big problem.Hierarchical homework is designed according to students’ cognitive characteristics,learning attitude,ability level,etc.,to meet the needs of students at different levels of personalized homework.Implementing hierarchical operation is an effective measure to solve this problem.Bloom’s Taxonomy of Educational Objectives is intrinsically related to hierarchical assignments.The dimension division of cognitive process in the cognitive field of Bloom’s Taxonomy of Educational Objectives plays an important role in guiding the division of hierarchical task levels.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out research on the design and application of high school biology hierarchical assignment based on Bloom’s Taxonomy of Educational Objectives.This paper firstly combs the theories related to hierarchical homework and Bloom’s Taxonomy of Educational Objectives,and sorts out the existing research results.From the theoretical level,it expounds the principles of hierarchical homework design,including:(1)The hierarchical principles of homework subject: fairness,concealability,and dynamic principles;(2)Hierarchical principles of homework content: hierarchical,diversified and developmental principles;(3)Hierarchical principles of job evaluation: encouragement and incentive,development,diversity principles.Then according to the corresponding principles,the hierarchical job design method is proposed.Secondly,according to the principles and methods of hierarchical operation design,the layered operation practice scheme is designed,and the first two classes of a senior high school in Lishui City are taken as practice objects to carry out educational experiments.The experimental results show that the performance of the students in the experimental class is significantly higher than that in the control class after the implementation of stratified work,and also significantly higher than their own level before the experiment.The students’ attitude towards stratified homework,biology homework and biology has been significantly improved.The results show that the implementation of stratified biology homework can promote biology teaching,mainly in three aspects:(1)The implementation of stratified biology homework can effectively improve students’ biology learning performance;(2)The implementation of biological stratification can improve the quality of job completion and promote scientific "burden reduction";(3)Implementing stratified biology homework can improve students’ interest in biology learning.Finally,it summarizes the problems such as the heavy workload of teachers in the process of hierarchical homework practice,and puts forward some suggestions on the implementation of hierarchical homework from three aspects.Teacher level: teachers should strengthen study and research to improve professional level;Strengthen cooperation and exchanges and give full play to collective strength.Parent level:Parents should recognize the stratification of homework and provide moral support;Give corresponding assistance to form a joint educational force.School level: the school should standardize the management system,encourage and supervise;Change the evaluation idea,reform the evaluation system. |
