| Mathematical operation ability is a fundamental ability that students must master when learning mathematics.It is not only the key to mastering mathematics,but also the need to cultivate students’ core mathematical literacy.As a relatively new teaching concept,the reasoning classroom helps to improve students’ mathematical thinking,cultivate their computational abilities,help them develop the quality of reasoning and organized thinking,gradually form a rational spirit,and apply the reasoning classroom concept in teaching practice,which has certain significance for cultivating primary school students’ mathematical computational abilities.This study takes the teaching practice of cultivating primary school students’ mathematical calculation ability in reasoning classrooms as a clue,and uses a questionnaire survey method to understand the current situation of mathematical calculation ability of fifth grade rural primary school students in Yanping District,Nanping City.Based on the survey data,the problems in cultivating mathematical calculation ability of fifth grade rural primary school students in Yanping District,Nanping City are analyzed from the student and teacher levels,and the concept of reasoning classrooms is introduced to address the existing problems,Propose teaching design principles for primary school mathematics reasoning classroom from both the student and teacher levels,and propose strategies for the teaching design of primary school students’ mathematical calculation ability from three aspects: teaching preparation,teaching process,and teaching evaluation.Analyze teaching effectiveness through teaching practice cases,and finally analyze teaching practice cases based on reasoning classroom elements,in order to provide teaching reference for frontline teachers.The study draws three conclusions: firstly,there is a phenomenon of high scores but low abilities in mathematical calculation among fifth grade students in rural primary schools in Yanping District,Nanping City,which is manifested in the students’ ability to calculate correctly but their understanding and application of mathematical theory are significantly insufficient;Secondly,the teaching design of applying reasoning classroom to mathematical operation classes should start from problems,guide the classroom with core problems,and construct an operation knowledge system with the essence of mathematical knowledge as a bridge.By creating scenarios that align with students’ lives and teaching content,teachers and students,as well as students,collaborate together to explore and solve problems.In the teaching process,teachers should stimulate interest,be precise in asking questions,be kind,and speak less.Students should cooperate,explore,think well,and enjoy learning,ultimately achieving the teaching objectives;Thirdly,the concept of reasoning classroom is effective in cultivating primary school students’ mathematical operation abilities.Reasoning classroom can stimulate students’ interest in learning mathematical operations,improve their accuracy in mathematical operations,and improve their ability to understand algorithms,reasoning,and transfer applications. |
