Research On The Impact Of Changes In Taekwondo Competition Rules On Athletes’ Technical And Tactical Use

In this study,taking the 2012,2016,and 2021 Olympics as examples,By combing the characteristics of the rules of taekwondo during the last three Olympic Games,Analyzing the influence of the change of competition rules on the application of skills and tactics of taekwondo athletes in China,understanding and grasping the development direction of technical and tactical application,The main scoring techniques and the effective scores of the athletes are discussed and analyzed,To deepen the coaches,referees and athletes’ understanding and mastery of the rules,accelerate the integration of Chinese taekwondo competition environment with international standards,Then adapt to the new trend of taekwondo development;To provide a reference for the future training and competition of Chinese athletes,Create excellent results in the rich and diversified international competitions.The techniques and tactics of taekwondo athletes in the 2012,2016 and 2021 Olympic Games were analyzed and summarized by using the method of literature materials,expert interviews,video observation,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)Under the revision of the competition rules,the main techniques used by taekwondo athletes during the recent 3 Olympic Games are back kick,push kick and front kick.significantly improved.The rear kick,the front kick and the down split become the main scoring means.The success rate of the down split,front kick and back kick technique is significantly higher than that of other techniques.In terms of tactical application,active offensive tactics are the leading factors,and under the guidance of competition rules,the intensity and splendor of tactical application are improved,and there is a three-dimensional tactical application trend.(2)Under the changes of the competition rules,the taekwondo project has increased the coordination of punching and leg techniques,the overall improvement of the technology,the enhancement of the application of frontal conventional techniques,the improvement of the success rate of rotational techniques,and the use of difficult techniques and high-level techniques.Active attack The development trend of technical and tactical characteristics such as increased awareness,further standardizing the requirements of technical actions,improving the effectiveness of technical use,and three-dimensionalization of offensive-defense-counterattack" techniques and tactics.(3)Based on the analysis of the impact of changes in competition rules on Taekwondo techniques and tactics,from the perspective of coaches’ guidance and training,it is proposed to strengthen the study and understanding of competition rules,understand the development trend of Taekwondo techniques and tactics,and organize learning and exchange activities for athletes’ competition rules to grasp At the same time,from the perspective of athletes’ own training,it is proposed to strengthen basic skills training,improve the accuracy and effectiveness of hitting,strengthen the training of boxing and leg technique,and practice Proud skills,strengthening core strength training,laying a foundation for high-level and difficult technologies,increasing the simulated actual combat environment,and improving the effectiveness of technical and tactical applications...
