Research purpose: low-intensity blood flow restriction training can promote the enhancement of muscle strength.Transcranial direct current stimulation can also promote muscle strength and fatigue resistance by enhancing the excitability of the central nervous system and improving the recruitment and regulation of muscle fibers by the central nervous system. The factors affecting muscle strength mainly include’myogenic’ factors and ’neurogenic’ factors. However, transcranial direct current stimulation enhances muscle strength by improving ’neurogenic’ factors, and blood flow restriction training enhances muscle strength by improving ’myogenic’ factors.Whether the combination of the two methods will produce greater positive benefits for muscle performance is a question worth studying. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the effect of transcranial direct current combined with low-intensity blood flow restriction training on muscle strength and anaerobic exercise ability.Research methods: in this study, the experimental parameters such as stimulation position, stimulation current, stimulation time, pressure intensity, pressure position, number of exercises and load were determined through literature research.Subsequently,32 subjects were recruited and randomly divided into four groups(control group,t DCS group,BFRT group and combination group). The intervention period was 4 weeks,3 times a week,4 groups(30-15-15-15 times)were practiced each time, and 30 seconds were rested between groups;finally, the experimental data were analyzed by statistical software Graph Pad prism 9.Research results: the results of this study showed that the squat 1 RM of the BFRT group and the combination group was larger than that of the control group after four weeks(p<0.05),the squat 1 RM of the combination group was slightly larger than that of the other groups, but there was no significant difference(p> 0.05).With the increase of muscle strength, the RMS of rectus femoris in t DCS group and BFRT group also increased significantly at 1RM,and the increase in BFRT group was the most significant, which was significantly different from that before and during the intervention(p<0.05),the RMS of the vastus medialis muscle also increased with the increase of muscle strength in the t DCS group and the combined group, and the RMS of the combined group was significantly different from that of the intervention group(p<0.05),the RMS of vastus lateralis muscle decreased slightly in the middle and late stages of the experiment. There was a significant increase in the height of reverse jumps in the t DCS,BFRT,and combined groups after four weeks of intervention(p<0.05),however,the differences among the t DCS,BFRT,and combined groups were not significant(p>0.05).After four weeks of intervention, the maximum anaerobic power of the t DCS group, the BFRT group and the combined group all increased significantly(p<0.05),and the combined group had the largest increase. After four weeks of intervention, the anaerobic work rate of the t DCS group, the BFRT group and the combined group decreased, and the difference was not significant(p>0.05),but the anaerobic work rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that before intervention(p<0.05).After four weeks of intervention, the t DCS group,BFRT group, and combined group had a significant increase in the anaerobic power per 5s span during the Wingate test(p<0.05),and the combination group had the most significant increase compared with the control group(p<0.05).Compared with the control group, the t DCS group, the BFRT group and the combined group had significant increases in the root mean square values of the rectus femoris and vastus lateralis in every 5s span during the Wingate test(p<0.05).During the Wingate test, the average power frequency of rectus femoris and vastus lateralis in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the other groups(p<0.05).The average power frequency of vastus medialis in the t DCS group,BFRT group and the combined group was significantly higher than that in the control group(p<0.05).research conclusions:(1)Blood flow restriction training, transcranial direct current stimulation and the combination of the two methods can significantly increase the muscle strength of the lower limbs, and the combination of the two methods is better than the use alone.(2)Blood flow restriction training, transcranial direct current stimulation and the combination of the two methods can significantly increase the height of reverse vertical jump, and the effects of the three intervention methods are similar.(3)Blood flow restriction training, transcranial direct current stimulation and the combination of the two methods can significantly enhance the anaerobic exercise capacity of the lower limbs. The combination of the two methods is better than the use alone. |
