Chinese national spirit has been nurtured,inherited and developed by the Chinese people in the long-term struggle.It has had a profound impact on the spiritual world of the Chinese people and provided a strong spiritual impetus for China’s development and the progress of human civilization.Four great spirit is rooted in the history of thousands of years of the Chinese nation,and history of the characteristics of unified complement each other.Therefore,cultivating students’ spirit of the Chinese nation in high school history teaching is an important way to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,to cultivate people by virtue,and to establish students to shoulder the mission of national prosperity.This paper takes the Chinese national spirit as the starting point,which points out the high school history teaching to cultivate students the connotation of the Chinese national spirit for the four great spirit of create,struggling,solidarity and dream.At the same time,this paper takes the unified edition of high school history textbook<Outline of Chinese and Foreign History>(Ⅰ)as the research text,and sorts out and analyzes the contents of the Chinese national spirit,holding that the contents related to the Chinese national spirit in high school history textbooks are characterized by informative contents,diverse forms,distinct main lines,intersections,typical events,prominent characters,macro narrative,and stressing the present rather than the past.Based on the construction of theory and the combing of textbooks,combined with the current situation of high school history teaching,this paper puts forward the strategy of cultivating students ’Chinese national spirit in high school history teaching,which mainly discusses the aspects of teachers’ quality,pre-class preparation,classroom teaching and classroom extension,hoping to build an organic whole of cultivating students’ Chinese national spirit through each link of high school history teaching.
