| Along with the transformation and upgrading of education information technology, high quality has become the core goal of education development.Deepening the professional development of teachers has far-reaching implications for the soundness of the education system and the growth of the teaching force.Strengthening the system for building the rural teaching force and improving the teaching and research system for the professional development of rural teachers are key to achieving the strategic goals of education in China’s new era,and are also conducive to narrowing the gap between urban and rural teachers. However, due to the particularity of rural teachers, there are many problems in online teaching and research activities, resulting in difficulties in improving the quality of online teaching and research, which also hinders the collaborative development of the teacher team;At the same time, some schools have gradually realized the advantages of both the network environment and collaborative teaching and research, and have shifted their teaching and research methods to network collaborative teaching and research. However, due to the lack of necessary theoretical foundation support and specific practical experience, there are design defects in teaching and research mechanisms, teaching and research plans, teaching and research environment, and teaching and research activities, which are insufficient to carry out collaborative teaching and research activities in depth. Therefore, the study aims at the professional development of rural teachers, starting from the current situation and problems, through the construction and application of urban and rural teachers collaborative teaching and research model,it provides experience and guidance for the weak rural teachers’ professional development and network-based collaborative teaching and research. The research systematically combed the relevant literature on online learning space, online collaborative teaching and research, and its models.Combined with questionnaires and interviews on the current situation of online teaching and research among urban and rural teachers,it analyzed the problems existing in online teaching and research in urban and rural schools; At the same time,it deeply explores the existing functions of online learning space, analyzes the process and elements of online collaborative teaching and research, analyzes the supporting role of online learning space for online collaborative teaching and research, and provides theoretical guidance for the construction of urban and rural teacher collaborative teaching and research models based on online learning space;Secondly,a collaborative teaching and research model is constructed by combining the core elements of online collaborative teaching and research with the supportive functions of the online learning space;Thirdly, designing and practicing teaching and research activities based on the collaborative teaching and research model, and based on Gunawardena’s interactive knowledge construction hierarchy model, encoding and analyzing the posted content,it was found that the cognitive level of teachers had significantly improved;Applying the social network analysis method to analyze the social interaction characteristics of teachers in the collaborative teaching and research process from the four aspects of network basic attributes, centrality, cohesive subgroups, and core edge structure,it is found that the social interaction characteristics of teachers have significantly improved, and it also verifies the effectiveness of collaborative teaching and research activities supported by the model in promoting the collaborative development of urban and rural teachers and improving the quality of online teaching and research; Finally, the model and related rules and mechanisms have been improved, and suggestions for the application of urban and rural teacher teaching and research models based on online learning space have been proposed, including suggestions on both spatial application and teacher community growth. The collaborative teaching and research model for urban and rural teachers has been further improved, with a view to providing a reference paradigm and reference for the improvement of the quality of online teaching and research and the development of rural teacher profession. |
