| Pedagogy is the core basic curriculum of teachers’ education in colleges and universities.It plays an extremely important role in the education and training of teachers’ ethics for normal university students,and has the unique advantages of carrying out the curriculum ideology and politics.In the process of carrying out the curriculum ideology and politics construction of pedagogy curriculum,colleges and universities not only need to dig ideological and political elements from inside pedagogy curriculum,but also need to integrate educational elements close to students’ life from outside pedagogy curriculum according to the conditions of place,school,course and life.Guangxi red culture is a natural and local education resource for Guangxi colleges and universities to carry out the curriculum ideology and politics construction,which has important educational significance and leading role for normal university students in Guangxi.Integrating it into the pedagogy curriculum can not only enrich the ideological and political resources of the pedagogy curriculum,enhance the appeal and persuasion of the pedagogy curriculum,improve the educational effect of the pedagogy curriculum,but also broaden the existing channels of spreading Guangxi red culture,and promote the inheritance and development of Guangxi red culture.But under the current background of the curriculum ideology and politics,the path of integrating Guangxi red culture into college pedagogy curriculum is not clear,and simultaneously lack of the research in this area,so it is necessary to conduct targeted research on its specific and effective integration paths.This study on the basis of learning from and inheriting previous relevant research achievements,with the synergy theory and the constructivism theory as the theoretical basis.On the one hand,it discusses the value implication and practical possibility of integrating Guangxi red culture into college pedagogy curriculum.On the other hand,it selects G University in Guangxi as the research object,and through questionnaires and in-depth interviews,makes an in-depth investigation on the current situation of integrating Guangxi red culture into the pedagogy curriculum of G University.In the investigation,it is found that in the process of integrating Guangxi red culture into the pedagogy curriculum of the school,the school has created a good external integration environment,the teachers have accumulated valuable integration experience,the students have been influenced by the integration content,and the Guangxi red culture has been spread and promoted.However,while achieving results,there are also practical problems that teachers’ awareness of active integration needs to be strengthened,the richness of the integrated content still needs to be enhanced,the integration implementation method needs to be constantly innovated,and the integration evaluation needs to be timely and effectively followed up.The main reasons lie in: first,the lack of normative guidance and guarantee to integrate into the system scheme;second,the case resources available for integration need to be developed and integrated;third,teachers’ red cultural accomplishment and ideological and political ability should be improved;fourth,the evaluation system of curriculum ideology and politics teaching effect needs to be improved.Aim at the main cause of problems,try from the system guarantee、resource supply、teacher cultivating and evaluation system these four aspects,and then put forward the optimization path of integrating Guangxi red culture into the college pedagogy curriculum: first of all,the top-level design should be detailed and get the right steering wheel of integration;secondly,the case resources should be developed and build a resource database of integration;thirdly,the teaching staff should be strengthened and forge into the main force of integration;finally,the evaluation system should be improved and make good use of the baton of integration. |
