| Research objective: 5-6 years old children are the key period to master basic motor skills,improve the motor ability,or the development of cognition and focus.Motor coordination ability and executive function are important components of children’s physical and mental health development.How to effectively promote the development of motor coordination ability and executive function of children has become a hot issue concerned by various academic circles.As the most effective means in early childhood,sports games play an important role in early childhood.Based on the relevant theories of infant development and the characteristics of infant physical and mental development,this study educates the creation of multi-directional mobile games and carries out teaching implementation,further exploring whether children’s motor coordination ability plays an intermediary role in promoting the development of executive function through multi-directional mobile games,and providing a new intervention scheme for promoting children’s physical and mental health.Research methods: This study used the methods of literature,interview,expert survey,experiment and mathematical statistics to explore the effects of multidirectional mobile games on the development of motor coordination and executive function of 5-6 years old children.In this study,three large classes of Huidong Fudi Kindergarten in Jiaozhou City were randomly divided into experimental group,control group and blank group,with 30 students in each group.The exercise intervention lasted for 12 weeks(three sessions per week,each session lasted for 30 minutes).The experimental group was given multi-direction mobile game teaching,the control group was given daily physical activity teaching,and the blank group was given daily movie watching teaching.The children’s motor coordination ability and executive function were tested before and after the experimental intervention,and the measured data were statistically analyzed by repeated measure analysis of variance and Wen Zhonglin’s test of mediating effect.Results:(1)In terms of motor coordination,after 12 weeks of exercise intervention,the total score of motor coordination in the experimental group(p=0.001)and the control group(p= 0.004)was significantly improved,while the blank group was not significantly improved(p= 0.166).By comparison between groups,the improvement effect of the total score of motor coordination ability of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(p =0.004),which was mainly manifested in the test of fine motor operation ability of the hand.Before and after the experiment,the scores of the experimental group(p =0.000)and the control group(p =0.001)were significantly improved.In the test items of placing coins(non-favorable hand)and beading,The improvement effect of test scores of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,but in the coin placement(favorable hand)test item,the total scores of the three groups did not have significant changes(p > 0.05).In the drawing test item,only the experimental group had the most significant improvement(p =0.047),while the other groups had no significant changes.In the hand-eye coordination test,the improvement effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(p =0.001).In the beanbag test,the improvement effect of the control group was the best(p =0.001).In the dynamic and static balance test,the experimental group and the control group both improved(p > 0.001),the experimental group improved the most obvious effect(p =0.001),in the single leg balance(left),carpet jumping,foot walking test items,the experimental group test results are higher than the control group.However,there was no significant change in the one-leg balance(right)test among the three groups(p > 0.05).(2)In terms of executive function,after 12 weeks of exercise intervention,the total score of executive function test of children in the experimental group and the control group was improved(p < 0.05),and the total score of executive function test in the experimental group was better than that in the control group and the blank group.In the inhibition control test,both the experimental group and the control group had improved scores(p < 0.05),and the experimental group had the most obvious improvement effect on the total score of inhibition control test(p < 0.01).In the test of working memory,there was no significant difference between the three groups before and after the experiment(p > 0.05).In the cognitive flexibility test,both the experimental group and the control group were improved(p < 0.05),and the experimental group had the most obvious improvement(p < 0.01).(3)In terms of mediating effect test,Wen Zhonglin’s mediating effect model was used to analyze the data,and the results showed that hand fine motor operation ability had a complete mediating effect between multi-directional mobile games and executive function.Research conclusion:(1)Multi-directional mobile games can effectively promote the development of motor coordination of children aged 5-6.The multi-direction mobile game teaching content created in this study is in line with the development of children’s motor coordination ability,and long-term intervention exercises can promote the development of children’s motor coordination ability.(2)Multi-directional mobile games can effectively promote the development of executive function of children aged 5-6.Complex mobile sports games can attract children’s attention and keep children’s high emotional atmosphere.The teaching content of multi-direction mobile sports games created and edited meets the needs of children’s executive function development,subtly improves children’s thinking awareness,behavior control and cognitive flexibility,and can improve children’s executive function to a certain extent.(3)The fine motor operation ability of hand in motor coordination has a complete mediating effect between multi-directional mobile games and executive function.The multi-direction mobile game teaching content involves the exercise of hand operation,which exercises children’s hand control ability flexibly,indirectly improves children’s brain intelligence and improves children’s cognitive thinking.Long-term effective intervention can have a positive impact on children’s executive function. |
