research objective: Current studies have shown that suspension training has a better effect on stimulating deep muscles and improving athletic performance under unstable conditions, therefore, this paper intends to design an experiment to explore the effect of suspension training on football students under unstable conditions of instep shooting techniques.research method: Based on this, this research adopts the methods of literature review, expert interview,Delphi method, experiment and mathematical statistics to design the suspension training action according to the design principle that the force generating muscle group of the shooting action is consistent with the muscle group used in the suspension action, and according to the principle that the shallow large muscle group and small muscle group of the core part coordinate the force, and form an experimental intervention plan.Twenty male students from the football special class at the Rizhao Campus of Shandong Institute of Physical Education were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group received suspension training for intervention, while the control group received existing training methods for intervention.A 9-week teaching experiment was conducted on the premise that there was no significant difference in the technical indicators related to the shooting ability of the inner instep of the two groups of students in an unstable state before the experiment.Through statistical analysis of the changes in various indicators, the following results were obtained:Finding: 1.Through inter group comparison,it was found that there was no significant difference in the performance of the experimental group and the control group in three indicators: 20 m shooting accuracy test,20 m shooting speed test, and 20 consecutive shooting stability tests before the experiment(P>0.05).After the experimental intervention, there was a significant difference in all three indicators between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).2.Through intra group comparison,it was found that all three test indicators in the experimental group improved during the first stage(1-3 weeks),but there was no significant difference. In the second stage(4-6 weeks)and third stage(7-9 weeks),all three test indicators showed statistically significant differences within the intervention time of three weeks(P<0.05).In the first and second stages of the control group, all three test indicators showed a slight improvement compared to before the experiment, but there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).In the third stage, there was a significant difference(P<0.05)in the stability test of 20 consecutive shots, while the other two test indicators showed no significant difference(P>0.05).By organizing and analyzing the data before, after, and during each stage of the experiment, the following conclusions were drawn:research conclusion:(1)Nine-week suspension training can significantly improve the shooting technique of football students under unstable condition.(2)Nine weeks of traditional resistance strength training can significantly improve the shooting technique of football students under unstable conditions.(3)The effect of nine-week suspension training intervention on football students’ shooting technique under unstable condition is significantly better than that of traditional resistance strength training.
