| Cancer often brings a subversive impact on individuals with a turbulent trend.More than 80 %of cancer patients are in the end stage at the time of discovery.Patients with terminal cancer not only suffer from physical and psychological torture,but also suffer from disorders and imbalances in family and social circles,and fall into the dilemma of ’ internal and external problems ’.In medicine,there is no longer an emphasis on medical technology to ’ save life ’ for patients at the end of cancer,but on hospice care,hospice care came into being.Hospice care refers to the help provided by the medical health care system to make the terminal cancer patients die comfortably,calmly and with dignity.Social work is becoming an important force in the field of hospice care because of its professionalism of helping people to help themselves.This paper adopts the method of qualitative research to carry out practical research in G city nursing home.The author found that patients at the end of cancer are facing five problems : oppressive events,pain outbreaks and insomnia,anxiety and emotional out of control,obstacles in parent-child relationship and social disengagement.Based on this,the author guided by the theory of narrative therapy,focused on the needs of patients with advanced cancer,and conducted case intervention.Through externalization,people and problems are separated,and stress events are taken as the key to breaking through the chaotic problem order.In the rewriting dialogue,we find our own advantages and the crux of the parent-child relationship disorder,and finally link the positive group resources for the client.At the same time,the author found that patients with end-stage cancer have homogeneity problems,mainly psychological meaninglessness and worthlessness,including lack of physical activity,no social interaction or single social interaction.Based on this,follow the spiritual wholeperson model paradigm and carry out group intervention.First,promote spiritual motivation and selfidentity through collaborative group activities;secondly,intervene in physiological and psychological needs;again,through the experience of others to share and forgiveness with cancer to shape selfbelief,committed to the ’ spirituality as a whole ’ to achieve psychological,physiological,spiritual and social transformation.The effectiveness evaluation of case and group intervention shows that case intervention can improve the stress events,anxiety and emotional out of control,and positive changes in parent-child and social relationships in patients with end-stage cancer.Group intervention can promote the mental motivation and sense of meaning of patients with terminal cancer,acquire the skills of physical and mental relaxation,and obtain support within the group.Therefore,case and group intervention can effectively improve the quality of hospice care. |
