Research On Project Resources Integration Of Traditional Sports Schools And Sports Characteristic Schools In Guangzhou

In August 2020,the Ministry of Education and the General Administration of Sport of China jointly issued the Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education and Promoting the Healthy Development of Adolescents(hereinafter referred to as the Opinions),which put forward the following article: "Strengthen the construction of sports schools with traditional characteristics.In accordance with the mode of "one school,one product" and "one school,multiple products",the original schools with traditional sports programs and schools with sports characteristics are integrated,and the departments of education and sports jointly conduct competitions,teacher training,formulation of evaluation methods,work plans and project layout.In October 2020,I fully participated in the evaluation of traditional sports program schools in Guangzhou.The evaluation and opinion release time of traditional unified schools are close to each other.Therefore,based on the comprehensive completion of the evaluation,I chose traditional unified schools and characteristic schools in Guangzhou for the investigation.Domestic scholars from the methodology,linkage theory and synergy theory,policy driven to carry out the research of sports traditional characteristic schools,there is no mature theoretical system and typical pilot experience.In view of this,this study takes the project resources integration of sports traditional program schools and sports featured schools in Guangzhou as the research object,and comprehensively uses literature,interview,case,comparative analysis and logical analysis method.First,it sorts out the development process of sports program schools and sports featured schools,and then makes a comparative analysis of the current situation of the two types of schools to find out the commonness and individuality.Secondly,the paper sorts out the dispersive situation of resources of traditional sports schools and sports characteristic schools in Guangzhou,and tries to find a way to solve the problem by analyzing the reasons.By identifying the problem factors,this paper analyzes the difficulties and causes of resource integration of traditional and characteristic schools in Guangzhou,and puts into perspective the constraints of resource integration of traditional and characteristic schools in Guangzhou.Based on the theory of resource integration,this paper analyzes the process of resource integration between traditional and characteristic schools in Guangzhou.Finally,the corresponding integration pathis put forward to realize integration management and improve efficiency.The following conclusions are drawn from the research:1.Schools with traditional sports programs and schools with sports characteristics have different development histories,and it is difficult for sports and education departments to concentrate limited resources,leading to low utilization efficiency ofresources.2.Traditional and characteristic schools in Guangzhou have dispersed resources in terms of management mechanism,project layout,competition system,evaluation method,teacher training and operation mechanism.3.Through resource identification,resource acquisition and resource allocation(project merger,event merger,manpower merger and material merger),Guangzhou traditional unified schools and characteristic schools can finally achieve management structure optimization,training efficiency improvement and resource utilization rate improvement.4.There are four main factors affecting the resource integration of sports traditional program schools and sports characteristic schools in Guangzhou.First,sports and education departments have not jointly established common training goals,teacher training system,implementation standards and development measures,which are caused by institutional barriers,lack of implementation standards and pilot experience.5.Realize the integration of resources between traditional and characteristic schools in Guangzhou through four paths: unified cultivation concept,sound management system,strengthening internal and external governance and sound security system.
