| In 2017,the Implementation Measures of Normal Professional Certification in Colleges and Universities(Provisional)issued by the Ministry of Education was put forward based on current situation of normal education in China.It is an important measure to promote training quality of normal teachers’ professionals in China and improve their education reform in China.Theoretical learning and assessment serve as important parts of index connotation of "curriculum and teaching" as well as "graduation requirements" in normal professional certification,being an important evaluation means to test whether normal students master professional knowledge.Based on requirements of course objectives of normal professional certification and with combination of contents and characteristics of table tennis theory knowledge system,construction of table tennis theory test question bank in physical education departments of colleges and universities is taken as the research object.At the same time,many methods are adopted,including literature review,expert interview,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process,text analysis and mathematical statistics.Based on the fourth generation of educational evaluation theory and classical measurement theory,expert interview is used to analyze teaching material of table tennis in physical education departments of colleges and universities,thus determining teaching materials for the construction of test question bank.Delphi method is applied to classify and screen chapters and knowledge points of the textbook;The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to determine the weight of each chapter and the score ratio of the test paper;On the basis of meeting target requirements of normal professional certification,logical framework,functional blocks and operation process of the test question bank are constructed.With the goal of building a platform for students’ autonomous learning and self-testing,we strive to build a question bank system that meets requirements of both normal professional certification and students’ autonomous learning needs,so as to lay the foundation for cultivating high-quality professionals in normal schools.The research results show that:1、The construction of the question bank in this research has realized the online and offline course examination,,teachers’ classroom evaluation,students’ autonomous learning and self-test after class.Besides,it is equipped with functions of class evaluation and individual evaluation.2、Table Tennis Teaching and Training is selected as the textbook,which includes all knowledge points of theoretical system.Matching of each knowledge point with the question type and index weight of each chapter in the theoretical system of the textbook are determined.Nine first-level indicators and 43 second-level indicators finanly are obtained.The first-level indicators are ranked from high to low in terms of hitting skills,table tennis teaching and training,technical diagnosis,correcting mistakes and assessment,special physical fitness training,competition organization,winning factors and types of table tennis competition,table tennis doubles,participating tactics and psychological ability of contestants,with weights of 0.3072,0.2184,0.1545,0.1090,0.0765,0.0534,0.0371,0.0260,0.0180,respectively.3、Compared with previous studies,the test question bank of this study is built under background of normal professional certification,which combines construction of table tennis theory test bank with educational policy,In terms of test questions,score proportion of the test paper composition is determined;In the aspect of system function design,new functions are added,such as students’ personal performance analysis,class performance analysis,autonomous learning and independent evaluation. |
