| With the continuous deepening and development of the reform of physical education in secondary schools,adhering to the educational concept of adhering to health first,cultivating students’ tenacious and hardworking will,and realizing the unique functions of students’ sports intelligence and sports heart.In recent years,due to the increase in the proportion of physical education in junior high school academic level examinations and the improvement of examination standards year by year,most middle school students are full of pressure,and the middle and long-distance running of middle school entrance examination sports has become a key and difficult event for middle school students,with 800 meters(women)and 1000 meters(men)as the main content.At present,China’s traditional physical education mode can not meet the requirements of students’ comprehensive physical development to a certain extent,and the innovation of teaching mode has a broader space under the promotion of quality education.This paper will closely combine the "Implementation Opinions on Physical Education and Health Examination of Guangzhou Junior High School Academic Level Examination",optimize and design the guiding ideology and implementation plan of the " integration inside and outside the classroom" teaching mode,and adopt the literature method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method,teaching experiment method and other research methods in view of the current development status of long-distance running training in middle school physical education classes.A total of 74 students from Class 1 and Class 2 of Grade 3 of August 1 Experimental School in Guangzhou were selected as the experimental subjects.They were divided into experimental group and control group with 3 7 students each.The experimental group and the control group carried out a 1 2 week teaching experiment with the integrated teaching mode in and out of class and the traditional teaching mode respectively.After the experiment,they compared and analyzed the test data to obtain the experimental results,and summarized and reflected on the problems in the experiment.Through the analysis of the data before and after the experiment,the conclusions are as follows:(1)Both the in-class and out-of-class integrated teaching mode and the traditional physical education teaching mode can improve students’ physical quality and make students experience the fun of physical exercise in the learning process,but compared with the in-class and out-of-class integrated teaching mode,it can ensure that students’ physical exercise achieves good results.(2)After adopting the integrated teaching mode inside and outside the classroom and the traditional teaching mode,the two groups of students showed varying degrees of improvement in knowledge acquisition,learning attitude,learning ability,learning efficiency,and activity communication,but the experimental group showed more significant improvement.The middle and long distance running course based on the integrated teaching mode inside and outside of class is more recognized by students,which can significantly improve students’ self-awareness indicators,promote communication and interaction between students,increase emotional experience,and cultivate a sense of unity and mutual cooperation.(3)Both the in-class and out-of-class integrated teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode can improve students’ special performance,but different teaching modes have different effects on students’ learning enthusiasm.Through comparative analysis,it can be seen that the in-class and out-of-class integrated teaching mode is more conducive to fully mobilize students’ enthusiasm and initiative to participate in physical training,so that students can master the basic skills of middle-distance running and develop independent exercise habits.. |
