Weighted rapid stretch compound training is a new means of strength training that is widely used in sports and is based on the principle of centrifugal and then centripetal contraction of the muscles under weighted conditions.It is able to increase the explosive power of the muscles,thus increasing the power output of the muscles.In the training of martial arts routines,improving the explosive power of the lower limbs is a very important part of the training process,and is also a key constraint on the athletes’ skills and performance.It has been shown that weighted rapid extension compound training has a significant effect in improving maximal strength and explosive power.However,there has been little research and practice in this area in wushu routines,and not enough attention has been paid to the study of explosive power in the lower limbs of wushu routines athletes.This paper compares and analyses the training effects of weight-bearing and rapid stretching compound training for three groups by using weight-bearing vests to explore the appropriate weight-bearing for wushu kata athletes and to provide a reference basis for effectively enhancing the explosive power of the lower limbs and improving overall athletic performance.This paper was studied by literature,expert interview,questionnaire,video analysis,mathematical statistics and experimental method.27 male Level 2 wushu routines athletes were selected as experimental subjects from the Class of 2020 Ethnic Traditional Sports Major of the Wushu College of Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education.The experimental subjects were randomly divided into three groups of equal numbers: control group(self-weight fast stretch compound training),experimental group A(weight bearing 5% body weight fast stretch compound training)and experimental group B(weight bearing 10% body weight fast stretch compound training)for a period of eight weeks,with two training sessions per week.Test data were collected before the experiment for standing long jump,Reactive Strength Index,ten second single tap foot,flying foot,flying lotus swing 360° and spinning foot360° indexes,and again after the experiment.Results:(1)Statistical analysis of the relevant test indexes of Experiment A,Experiment B and the control group before the experiment showed that there was no significant difference between the three groups of subjects before the experiment(P>0.05).(2)Before and after the experiment,there were highly significant differences(P < 0.01)in the relevant test indexes between experimental group A and experimental group B.The improvement was as follows: standing long jump(1.23%vs.0.83%),reaction strength index(16.45% vs.16.67%),flying feet in the air(expert score 3.49% vs.3.45%,height of centre of gravity 1.84% vs.0.63%)(2.35% vs.2.16% for expert score,1.35% vs.1.37% for height of centre of gravity)and the spin kick 360°(4.66% vs.3.25% for expert score,1.97% vs.1.34% for height of centre of gravity);there was a highly significant difference(P < 0.01)between the control group in the standing long jump and the reaction strength index;there was no significant difference between the three groups in the ten-second single tap kick There was no significant difference in the performance of the three groups(P>0.05).(3)After the experiment,there were no significant differences between the three groups except for the ten-second single-tap foot,and all other test indexes were very significantly different.Conclusions:(1)After eight weeks of experimental intervention,both post-experimental weight-bearing and self-weighted situations with rapid stretching compound training can promote the development of explosive power in the lower limbs of wushu kata athletes with positive effects.(2)In terms of the overall effect of the three groups,the rapid stretch complex training with 5% body weight had a better training effect than the weight training with 10% body weight and the weight training with 10% body weight,while the weight training with 10% body weight had the second best effect.This improves performance.(3)Self-weighted rapid stretch compound training does not significantly improve the indicators of the ten-second single tap kick,the vacant flying kick,the vacant swinging lotus 360 ° and the whirlwind kick 360°.By combining the results and arguments of previous studies,the self-weighted rapid stretch compound training requires a longer training period to reflect a very obvious training effect. |
