| With the attention of the country to the education industry,the standardization of its development has been put forward higher requirements.Since the end of the 20 th century,the overall scale of China’s education and training industry has been expanding,the degree of market segmentation has gradually increased,and the industry brand has become increasingly prominent.However,in the process of the development of education industry training,the vast majority of education and training enterprises in the management and performance evaluation system there are some deficiencies,even many problems.In particular,K12 education and training industry,due to its low entry threshold,lucrative particularity,uneven teaching quality,vicious competition and other phenomena frequently occur.K12 educators in the process of selling anxiety,not only aggravate the education of the internal volume,but also not conducive to the physical and mental health of students.‘double reduction’ policy came into being.The policy clearly stipulates: reduce extracurricular tutoring,and supervise the approval,operation and training categories of off-campus training enterprises,so as to ensure the standardization of the education and training industry.Therefore,a set of scientific performance management evaluation system is urgently needed to improve the management ability of K12 education and training enterprises,so as to enable their normative and long-term development.This thesis takes the TAL enterprises as an example,combined with the balanced scorecard and related theories,and analyzes the current problems.Facing the performance evaluation system of the good future education enterprise,propose to establish the performance evaluation index system of the good future education enterprise with the balanced scorecard as the core based on the current situation and problems,so as to lay the foundation for the subsequent application research.From the perspective of the internal operating conditions of the good future education enterprises,the internal operating disadvantages of the enterprises are particularly prominent under the implementation of the ‘double reduction’ policy.From the external operating environment,the policy guidance under the political and economic environment,K12 education and training enterprises to implement strategic transformation has become an inevitable trend.In the current performance evaluation system of the TAL enterprises,the financial performance evaluation only relies on the financial ratio method to analyze the performance.The analysis level is single and the results are relatively one-sided.The key performance indicators of teacher performance evaluation overemphasize the continuation rate,which leads to the unfairness of teacher performance evaluation system.These problems often lead to the lack of dynamic adjustment of the current performance evaluation index system of good future education.K12 education and training industry is in urgent need of a scientific performance evaluation system.The establishment of TAL education enterprise performance evaluation system with balanced scorecard as the core is an effective attempt to apply the balanced scorecard in the education and training industry.Under this system,the performance evaluation results of customer and internal process dimensions are better.However,the performance evaluation results of finance and learning growth dimensions are slightly insufficient,so we can refine and target the guarantee measures to improve the overall performance of education enterprises in the future,so as to realize the long-term development of enterprises. |
