Research On Sound Personality Cultivation Of College Students In The New Era

The cultivation of a sound personality for college students is an important component of higher education,and the effectiveness of cultivating a sound personality for college students in the new era is related to the quality of high-quality talent cultivation.In the increasingly fierce new era of social competition,fundamentally speaking,talent competition is the core.As college students receiving national higher education,having a healthy personality is crucial for their future destiny and the future development of the country.Therefore,in the new era,universities should pay more attention to cultivating the healthy personality of college students,so that they can better adapt to social competition and smoothly become the new generation responsible for national rejuvenation.The research goal of this study is to cultivate the path of healthy personality for college students in the innovative new era.On the basis of the concept,standards,and composition of a sound personality for college students in the era of rational freshness,a survey questionnaire on the cultivation of sound personality among college students in the new era was developed,and some college students at S University in Hubei Province were tested.At the same time,semi-structured interviews were conducted with some students,teachers,and counselors.According to the survey results,the cultivation of healthy personality among college students in the new era has achieved certain results: increasing the attention of teachers and student groups;Solved some students’ actual personality problems;Enriched the era path of comprehensive education in universities.However,there are still shortcomings: the weakened status of cultivating a sound personality among college students in the new era,outdated concepts,and narrow content.This article combines the existing problems in the cultivation of sound personality among college students in the new era,conducts attribution analysis,and finally proposes innovative paths for the cultivation of sound personality among college students in the new era: creating an environment conducive to the cultivation of sound personality among college students in the new era,and increasing attention;Establish a sound system for cultivating the sound personality of college students in the new era,and keep up with the times;Strengthen awareness education related to the cultivation of a sound personality among college students in the new era,and enrich the content.
