| In recent years,my country’s track and field project achievements have achieved historical breakthroughs,forming the theory and practice of sports training with Chinese characteristics.Mi competition champion and the standard of sports health.Study Liu Guojuan’s annual training arrangements for the Fourteenth National Games,summarizes its annual training rules,is conducive to summarizing my country’s 400-meter sports training experience,and provides reference for Chinese women’s 400-meter training arrangements.Based on this article,this article mainly uses the literature and data law,expert interview method,case research method and logical analysis method to study the annual training plan of the 14 th National Games of the 14 th National Games.Research indicates:(1)According to Liu Guojuan’s preparation for the annual arrangement of the 14 th National Games,annual training is divided into two major cycles.The first cycle from November 9,2020 to July 4,2021,34 weeks,including the preparation period,,competition period,Transition period.The second cycle from July 5,2021 to September 27,2021,12 weeks,including the preparation period(general preparation stage,special preparation stage),competition period(competition preparation stage,pre-match training stage,competition week stage stage stage),Transition period.(2)In terms of training goals,the training target of the preparation period is to develop and accumulate Liu Guojuan’s physical level,and strengthen and consolidate Liu Guojuan’s technical level.The training target of the competition is to show a good competitive state and win the competition.The transitional training goal is to eliminate the fatigue brought by continuous competitions,and then actively restore the coming training cycle by actively recovering.(3)In terms of training content and means,Liu Guojuan’s preparation training content is based on aerobic training and strength training,supplemented by technical training,comprehensive quality training,and special endurance training.Including various running jumps and power training combinations.The training content and means of competition are mainly carried out around 400 meters,including strength training and speed endurance training,and the proportion of rehabilitation treatment gradually increases.The training content and means of transition period are mainly to promote the recovery and adjustment of athletes,but the transition period of different cycles will be different.(4)Liu Guojuan’s changes in the value of hemoglobin,red blood cells,blood testosterone,cortisol,and creatine kinases of this year are closely related to training intensity and training volume,which can better reflect Liu Guojuan’s physical condition.In terms of sports performance,Liu Guojuan’s best results in this year were the National Track and Field Championships and Olympic Games Tournament.The core of the year of the 14 th Games of the People’s Republic of China was the best result of this year. |
