Research On Oral History Of Haiyang Yangko Inheritors

Haiyang Dayangko is one of the national intangible cultural heritages,and is also a popular folk sports project with a strong local flavor in China.With a long history of inheritance and development,rich content and diverse forms of performances,it is an indispensable folk activity in Haiyang during the annual Spring Festival and sea sacrifice.Together with Guzi Yangko and Jiaozhou Yangko,it is known as the three major Yangko in Shandong.After generations of creation,adaptation,and selection by the Haiyang people,Haiyang Dayangko has continuously inherited and developed this ancient traditional folk art.It has now developed into a folk sports activity that integrates physical exercise,sacrifice,and entertainment,and has become a cultural treasure that fully demonstrates the profound life heritage and outstanding artistic talent of the Haiyang people.At this stage,with the continuous introduction of national protection policies for traditional sports culture and folk sports projects,Haiyang Dayangko,as one of the outstanding folk sports projects,urgently needs to be protected and inherited.This article mainly adopts research methods such as literature review,field investigation,and oral history,with Yu Xin and Jianguo,the inheritor of Haiyang Dayangko,as the main research object.A large number of oral interview records about Haiyang Dayangko have been collected.Through the oral materials of the inheritors,I learned the origin,historical evolution,and style characteristics of Haiyang Dayangko,sorted out the life course and inheritance experience of the inheritors,analyzed the inheritance methods,inheritance characteristics,and inheritance difficulties of Haiyang Dayangko,and proposed a inheritance vision based on this.The study concludes as follows:(1)Haiyang Dayangko is rooted in the local soil and has a history of nearly 600 years of inheritance and development since its origin.It has a broad mass character,rich content and diverse forms of performance,and is an important component of China’s folk sports forest.(2)In the process of inheritance and development from generation to generation,it has experienced significant development periods such as the Qing Dynasty Marketplace Period characterized by folk characteristics,the transformation period caused by war,the revival period guided by the "Double Hundred" policy,and the new era led by the government.(3)In the process of gradual development,it has formed a style characteristic with "Shen","Shen","Li",and "Kuang" as the core,and formed a traditional Yangko skill that adapts to the local folk culture.(4)Family inheritance and apprenticeship inheritance are its main inheritance methods.The New Era Yangko has also entered the school gate and included in the school curriculum,which further promotes the inheritance and development of Haiyang Yangko.(5)It has formed a method of inheritance through oral and personal instruction,adhered to step-by-step inheritance steps,and adhered to the inheritance concept of "morality first and art first".(6)The current situation of inheritance is good,but there are still inheritance dilemmas such as a lack of successors,a lack of emphasis on the main body of inheritance,and insufficient funding for inheritance.(7)On this basis,the inheritor proposed to excavate Yangko culture and improve theoretical research;Cultivate successors of Yangko and promote traditional culture;Strengthen protection awareness and jointly build a Yangko brand;Innovate the performance mode and retain the heritage vision of simplicity.Based on the above research,it is concluded that:(1)Although Haiyang Dayangko has formed its own unique artistic style and performance form in the development process of nearly 600 years,it has also had to change in due course with the changes of times.However,reform and innovation should be carried out on the premise of preserving the national and local characteristics of Haiyang Dayangko as much as possible,and the authenticity of Haiyang Dayangko as a traditional folk activity cannot be changed.(2)To achieve the sustainable development of Haiyang Yangko,it is necessary to effectively play the important value and role of inheritors.The government should give full attention to inheritors.On the one hand,it should strengthen the cultivation and guidance of inheritors’ cultural consciousness,and stimulate their enthusiasm and initiative to participate in the inheritance work;On the other hand,it is necessary to formulate and take reasonable and effective measures to protect the heirs and take practical actions to solve the difficulties encountered in the inheritance process.
